    Trump's billionaire fundraising gala.

Biden campaign hits Trump over guests at upcoming Palm Beach high-dollar fundraiser | The Hill

    excerpt:

“If you want to know who Donald Trump will fight for in a second term, just look at who he is having over for dinner Saturday night – tax cheats, scammers, racists, and extremists,” Biden campaign senior spokesperson Sarafina Chitika said.

“Make no mistake, Donald Trump will do the bidding of his billionaires buddies instead of what is best for the American people. He’ll take their checks and cut their taxes, and leave hard working Americans behind, shipping their jobs overseas, gutting Social Security and Medicare, ripping away health care protections, and banning abortion,” she added.

Billionaires keep throwing Trump lifelines by letting him borrow their money.

Some of Trump’s Biggest Political Backers Also Threw Trump Media a Lifeline

    excerpt:

"It’s not uncommon for start-ups to seek out wealthy investors for financing, but the stock holdings raise questions about the potential for conflicts of interest and undue influence over Mr. Trump should he return to the White House.

Other early backers include two Texas billionaires, a Florida hedge fund manager, and a trust with ties to a Russian American owner of an offshore bank who is the nephew of a former high-ranking Russian government official, the documents show. One of the billionaires, Kenny Troutt, a retired Dallas telecommunications executive, has given more than $1.1 million to efforts backing Mr. Trump’s three White House bids. Mr. Troutt is serving as a co-chair of a major fund-raiser on Saturday in Palm Beach, Fla., for the former president."

It makes Trump compromised like he was during his first term.

It will be the same again if he's reelected and worse. He owes $175 million to Knights for his bond for the NY fraud case he lost. Knights is known for its car insurance to high risk people. The person who provided bond for Trump also owns shares heavily in Axos Bank which refinanced Trump's $225 million loans from Deutsche Bank that came due.

Banks like Deutsche and others dumped Trump because of his pattern of not repaying loans and suing the banks. Trump sued Deutsche for $3 billion for supposed damages the bank did to him by loaning him money and asking him to repay it.

And yet the GOP is contending without evidence that Biden is compromised because of a fictitious flow of money from China he supposedly accepted via his son.

The GOP on Congress fell so flat on its face on that claim that it decided to impeach the director of Homeland Security instead of Biden as a way of trying to promote Trump's immigration fear-mongering.

The Congressional investigation of Biden also revealed about $8 million in foreign money that Trump personally accepted from foreign governments while he was president.

Trump said he loves the Saudis because they buy his hotels.

    Article from 2018.

'I love the Saudis': Trump business ties to kingdom run deep

    excerpt:

"NEW YORK (AP) — He’s booked hotel rooms and meeting spaces to them, sold an entire floor in one of his buildings to them and, in desperate moments in his career, gotten a billionaire from the country to buy his yacht and New York’s Plaza Hotel overlooking Central Park.

President Donald Trump’s ties to Saudi Arabia run long and deep, and he’s often boasted about his business ties with the kingdom.

“I love the Saudis,” Trump said when announcing his presidential run at Trump Tower in 2015. “Many are in this building.”

Now those ties are under scrutiny as the president faces calls for a tougher response to the kingdom’s government following the disappearance, and possible killing, of one of its biggest critics, journalist and activist Jamal Khashoggi."

Republicans Say Trump Was Right, Kansas City Chiefs Indeed Based in Kansas

    excerpt:

"The importance, rather, lies in the willingness of his supporters to defend Trump regardless. Trump has taken the long, deep tradition of anti-intellectualism running through the American right and elevated it to almost cultlike status.

Trump has created a hierarchy in which loyalty is determined by willingness to defend even his most absurd lies.

The dynamic has been on display throughout the Senate trial, where Republicans have vied for his favor by openly declaring their lack of interest in weighing factual evidence."

Trump says he wants drug testing of Biden as a requirement for 2024 presidential debates.

Trump made the same remark in 2020.

Yahoo is part of the Yahoo family of brands

    excerpt:

“I want to debate,” Trump continued. “And I think debates, with him at least, should be drug-tested. I want a drug test.”

Hewitt asked the presumptive GOP nominee if he was suggesting that Biden is using cocaine.

“I don’t know what he’s using, but that was not ― hey, he was higher than a kite,” Trump replied.

Trump's response to Biden's State Of The Union Address.

Trump’s bizarre, vindictive incoherence has to be heard in full to be believed

    excerpt:

"Some of these bizarre asides are best seen in full, like this one about Biden at the beach in Trump’s Georgia response to the State of the Union:

“Somebody said he looks great in a bathing suit, right? And you know, when he was in the sand and he was having a hard time lifting his feet through the sand, because you know sand is heavy, they figured three solid ounces per foot, but sand is a little heavy, and he’s sitting in a bathing suit. Look, at 81, do you remember Cary Grant? How good was Cary Grant, right? I don’t think Cary Grant, he was good. I don’t know what happened to movie stars today. We used to have Cary Grant and Clark Gable and all these people. Today we have, I won’t say names, because I don’t need enemies. I don’t need enemies. I got enough enemies. But Cary Grant was, like – Michael Jackson once told me, ‘The most handsome man, Trump, in the world.’ ‘Who?’ ‘Cary Grant.’ Well, we don’t have that any more, but Cary Grant at 81 or 82, going on 100. This guy, he’s 81, going on 100. Cary Grant wouldn’t look too good in a bathing suit, either. And he was pretty good-looking, right?”"

A portion of Trump's plan for a second term.

Trump’s bizarre, vindictive incoherence has to be heard in full to be believed

    excerpt:

"Curiously, Trump tucks the most tangible policy implications in at the end. His speeches often finish with a rundown of what his second term in office could bring, in a meditation-like recitation the New York Times recently compared to a sermon. Since these policies could become reality, here’s a few of those ideas:

Instituting the death penalty for drug dealers.

Creating the “Trump Reciprocal Trade Act”: “If China or any other country makes us pay 100% or 200% tariff, which they do, we will make them pay a reciprocal tariff of 100% or 200%. In other words, you screw us and we’ll screw you.”

Indemnifying all police officers and law enforcement officials.

Rebuilding cities and taking over Washington DC, where, he said in a recent speech, there are “beautiful columns” put together “through force of will” because there were no “Caterpillar tractors” and now those columns have graffiti on them.

Issuing an executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing critical race theory, transgender and other inappropriate racial, sexual or political content.

Moving to one-day voting with paper ballots and voter ID."

Trump always finds someone to bail him out.

The latest round of bailouts consists of Hankey of Knights Insurance. A NY court believed Trump's claim that he couldn't pay the bond. The court lowered the bond from $545 million to $175 million, a discount of 68%.

Axos Bank bailed out Trump when his Deutsche banks loans were due.

Trump lawyers continue to press for delay in classified documents case

    excerpt:

"Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg said that Cannon's Tuesday request makes it “even clearer” that the Mar-a-Lago documents case “was never going to trial before the election.”

Aronberg, a former Democratic state senator, added, “she has always given the defense the benefit of the doubt and great deference on scheduling.”"

In September 2023, Trump said Melania would be on the campaign trail with him 'pretty soon'.

    She's still missing.

Trump Explains Melania’s Absence on the Campaign Trail

    excerpt:

"Melania will be making a return to the 2024 campaign trail “pretty soon,” Trump insisted “When it’s appropriate, but pretty soon.” Trump’s full Meet the Press interview is set to air Sunday."

Melanis was seen in March 2024 with Trump when he was going to vote in a FL primary.

When asked if she would start being with Trump on the campaign trail, she replied with the corny line "stay tuned." Trump's spokespersons would use that phrase repeatedly when he was president to dodge questions.

Trump's first wife, Ivana, is buried at Trump's golf course at the epicenter of the quake. She gave birth to Don Jr., Ivanka, and Eric.

Trump to hold rally in Pennsylvania 2 days before scheduled start of hush money trial

    excerpt:

“Donald Trump spent four years pushing an extreme agenda that was devastating for Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley,” Biden campaign Pennsylvania communications director Jack Doyle said in a statement. “The Commonwealth lost thousands of jobs on his watch as he gave tax breaks to his ultra-wealthy friends at the expense of middle-class families, and now he’s bragging about his plans to ban abortion nationwide and rip health care away from millions. Trump would be better off continuing to hide out in Mar-a-Lago than coming face to face with the Pennsylvania voters he’s repeatedly failed.”

The event could also be the final rally Trump holds before his trial in New York City begins April 15. Barring further delay, Trump will be in a courtroom in Manhattan four days a week, with the trial expected to last several weeks.
