Trump would likely have problems with all nine of the criteria, not just five.

 

Five police officers died as a result of Trump's insurrection at the Capitol. One died the day after the riot due to multiple strokes related to the stress of the riot. Four police officers committed suicide in the weeks and months following the riot.

Trump offered no condolences to those people and their families.
