Trump is now describing people of the free democratic world as fascists that only he can wipe out.

Trump is fascist, but a more serious problem is with the general public who supports him.

About 42% of the U.S. has become comfortable with the mindset of the fascists that the U.S. was united in fighting against during WWII.

It's not a simple matter of Trump eventually going away. He conjured a sickness that was thought to have been buried long ago. It's always inside of people, and charismatics like Trump know how to resurrect and cultivate it.

    Sarah Matthews comments.

Matthews resigned after Trump's riot at the Capitol.

She's appalled that Trump is using the riot as a springboard for his reelection campaign by portraying his rioters as hostages of the government.

Trump has started his rallies with the J6 prisoner choir singing the national anthem while he recites the Pledge of Allegiance in the background.

The J6 choir using the national anthem is a demented twist.

The national anthem is about protecting the U.S. Capitol from an attack on it by the British during the War of 1812.

Trump's rioters attacked the Capitol and are using a song that praises the defending of it against nefarious elements, like Trump's rioters.

Trump is rambling about other languages.

As Trump warns that 'we're living in hell right now,' Biden team responds: 'Weird ramblings'

    excerpts:

"We have languages coming into our country -- we don't have one instructor in our entire nation that can speak that language. These are languages, it's the craziest thing, they have languages that nobody in this country has ever heard of," he claimed.

"A vote for Trump is your ticket back to freedom. It's your passport out of tyranny, and it's your only escape from Joe Biden and his gang's fast track to hell," Trump said. "And in many ways we're living in hell right now."

Trump lashes out at Prince Harry.

Trump promises ‘ultimate and absolute revenge’ if he wins the election

    excerpt:

"While at CPAC, Mr Trump also lashed out at Prince Harry, warning he would not “protect” him if he wins a second term, amid a legal challenge relating to the Duke’s visa application.

“I wouldn’t protect him. He betrayed the Queen. That’s unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me,” Mr Trump told the Daily Express.

It comes as the US government has fought to block the public disclosure of the Duke’s visa application after his admission of drug use triggered a court challenge by the Heritage Foundation."

Trump’s South Carolina Victory Tells Us Some Important Things About His Weaknesses

    excerpt:

"Trump’s weaknesses in the exit polls will ring familiar. Haley won independents, those who aren’t evangelical Christians, college graduates, first-time voters, moderates, non-gun owners, and those who oppose a national abortion ban. Among the third of the primary electorate who do not think Trump would be fit for the presidency if convicted of a crime, Haley won 87 percent. This is too much of a moderate, white-collar coalition for Haley to win a Republican primary in the era of Trump. But come November, it’s a bloc that will decide the 2024 election."

GOP members of Congress not seeking reelection.

Republican dysfunction drives a wave of House retirements

    excerpt:

"That’s why it sent shockwaves around Capitol Hill this month when not one, but three Republican committee chairmen — Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Mike Gallagher and Mark Green, members in their prime who had not yet hit party term limits for their posts — announced in rapid succession that they were calling it quits. McMorris Rodgers, of Washington, and Green, of Tennessee, are in their 50s, while Gallagher, of Wisconsin, is not yet 40.

Two other powerful GOP chairmen, Financial Services Chair Patrick McHenry of North Carolina and Appropriations Chair Kay Granger of Texas, previously announced they're leaving Congress. Both McHenry and Granger faced term limits as chairmen, and McHenry has had his eyes on the exits since his longtime ally Kevin McCarthy was ousted as speaker, briefly making McHenry the temporary House GOP leader."

Donald Trump wants to escalate a US trade war. Did it work the first time?

    excerpt:

"On the campaign trail, Trump has vowed to escalate the trade war initiated during his first term. However, studies have shown that his trade policies fell short of promises made to rejuvenate U.S. manufacturing and spur job growth. In some cases, analysts told ABC News, the policies harmed U.S. producers while raising prices for consumers.

A heightened trade war over a long period could expand certain areas of U.S. manufacturing, some analysts said. But, they added, the move would come at significant cost for consumers already worn out by inflation."

Donald Trump wants to escalate a US trade war. Did it work the first time?

    excerpt:

"In 2019, Hoge said, the company faced an emergency. Then-President Donald Trump imposed a 25% tariff on the vast majority of the company's products, said Hoge, co-owner of Sea Eagle Boats.

"We had shipments that were already on the water waiting to get in port that suddenly were 25% more expensive," Hoge told ABC News, saying the added cost forced him to raise prices. "It was jarring.""
