At issue is that a state may deem that it's not within the scope of its jurisdiction to decide whether someone can be barred from office based on the 14th Amendment but rather that it needs to be adjudicated at the federal level.

 

Trump seems to think that making donuts requires fossil fuel and that wind-generated energy will somehow put donuts at risk.
