The decision in Colorado was at least half right. The judge ruled that Trump engaged in an insurrection.

At issue is that a state may deem that it's not within the scope of its jurisdiction to decide whether someone can be barred from office based on the 14th Amendment but rather that it needs to be adjudicated at the federal level.

Jenna Ellis refers to MAGA as leftist.

    Ellis:

"MAGA doesn’t care about the truth. They just want everyone to say what they want to hear. If you don’t, they’ll try to bully and intimidate you. They’re leftists.

Trump and his daughter import clothing from China, Bangladesh, and Mexico and sell it at elite stores at a highly marked up price.

After Johnson released the footage, Sen. Mike Lee said he wants to investigate the investigators.

Giuliani and Trump called Lee in error during the Capitol riot when trying to reach Sen. Tuberville to urge him to help reject Biden's win and try to have state legislatures overturn the election.

Capitol riot footage deals blow to January 6 conspiracy theory

    excerpt:

"Other Republicans removed this theory from their social media.

Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene, of Georgia, for instance, edited a post to X referring to Lyons holding "a law enforcement badge in his hand while disguised as a Trump supporter in a MAGA hat."

Greene removed that line from her post, but it could still be seen by reviewing the edits on the platform Monday morning. She has been among the leading Congressional voices criticizing the treatment of the rioters by the DOJ and called for Johnson to launch a committee to investigate."

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/11/20/jan6-video-capitol-riot/

    excerpt:

"We know this because John Podesta’s email inbox was raided by Russian hackers that year. Thousands of messages he’d sent and received were given to WikiLeaks and made public, including the “spirit dinner” invitation. Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’s team, no doubt poring over the cache for anything that could be converted into something bizarre and/or damaging for Clinton, seized on it, presenting it as some sort of occult ceremony involving the consumption of blood. The Drudge Report picked it up, as did Fox News host Sean Hannity.

It was all nonsense — particularly the attempt to loop in John Podesta, who didn’t go. But it was revelatory as an extreme endpoint in a new pattern in American politics: mining large amounts of information to pick out anything that is or can be construed as damaging to your political opponents. Even if it’s ridiculous or immediately debunked, the damage can last."
