Just keep telling it. Lazy Democrats give up easily, why even bother voting..... The Republican smear ads here are running at ten times the rate of Democrats. And ten times as loud. I give up on network TV...

Brother of Ashli Babbitt charged with attacking man in California

    excerpt:

"The brother of dead Capitol rioter Ashley Babbitt has been charged with bribery and vandalism in connection with an attack on a man who was assisting his disabled friend.

Roger Stefan Witthoeft Jr, who awaits trial in a separate case, allegedly committed the act on 13 January in a neighbourhood of San Diego, California.

On Tuesday, the San Diego City Attorney’s Office said in an announcement that Mr Witthoeft, 33, is due to be arraigned in San Diego Superior Court on 6 May in connection with the attack,

He “confronted a man on Muir Avenue in Ocean Beach who was helping a disabled friend out of a car”, the attorney’s office said."

Brother of Ashli Babbitt charged with attacking man in California

    excerpt:

"He “confronted a man on Muir Avenue in Ocean Beach who was helping a disabled friend out of a car”, the attorney’s office said.

Mr Witthoeft then “became angry” about the pair blocking his path on the sidewalk and stood in their way before allegedly pushing a male victim to the ground.

“Witthoeft blocked the victim as he tried to walk around the car. When the victim tried to push past Witthoeft, Witthoeft struck him, knocking him to the ground” said the statement.

The attorney’s office said “He then stomped on the victim’s phone and broke it,” with the incident caught on a nearby security camera.

Mr Witthoeft has already been accused of attacking another man in the city in September 2021, for which he is facing battery and hate crime charges."

Babbitt's brother was arrested in September 2021 in another incident that involved attacking someone.

Brother of Ashli Babbitt charged with attacking man in California

    excerpt:

"The San Diego’s Attorney Office said the Ocean Beach victim alerted authorities to the encounter “after reading news coverage of Witthoeft’s hate crime case in which he battered and verbally abused an San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) worker using racial epithets.”

The brother of Babbitt, the Capitol rioter who was killed while storming a hallway in the US Capitol on 6 January 2021, had allegedly become “enraged” at the SDG&E worker’s van blocking an intersection in Point Loma Heights before attacking a man.

He then “hurled racial slurs and struck” the victim, who according to the attorney’s office was told: “Why don’t you talk in English you f***ing immigrant?” and “Go back to your country you f***ing immigrant.”

“Witnesses told police that Witthoeft urged the worker to fight him, shoved the worker, and swung at the worker, knocking off his hardhat,” a statement said following the encounter."

Alex Jones was hit with exponential fines.

Alex Jones Has Paid His First $25,000 Fine for Failing to Sit for Deposition in Sandy Hook Defamation Lawsuit: Documents

    excerpt:

"Judge Bellis found Jones in contempt of court on Wed., March 30, and ordered exponential fines starting at $25,000 per day for every weekday he was not deposed by attorneys for the plaintiffs. The sanctions were scheduled to kick in on Friday, April 1, and are set to end on April 15. The fines increase by $25,000 increments for each weekday Jones fails to sit and talk fully and completely as laid out in the judge’s order. If Jones fails to talk on Monday, the second date the sanctions apply, the fine will be $50,000. If he fails on Tuesday, the fine will be $75,000 — and so on and so forth. Weekends are excluded from the calculations. If and when Jones sits and talks, the money will be refunded, the judge has repeatedly noted."

The man should have been blaming Trump.

    Florida again.

Orlando is a favorite stomping ground for Trump.

‘Biden is supporting Russia’: Bizarre fight breaks out at Orlando airport

    excerpt:

"ORLANDO, Fla. - Two men have been detained at Orlando International Airport after a fight broke out Saturday, according to authorities.

One man is seen shirtless and bleeding while fighting another man inside a bar at OIA. FOX 35’s Stephanie Buffamonte saw the shirtless man screaming, "Kill this piece of sh-- right now," while police questioned him.

He went on to say, "I want to speak to DeSantis," and "I'll kill that piece of [expletive], [expletive] Democrat. Biden is supporting Russia in the fight against the United States."

Two men have been detained at Orlando International Airport after a fight broke out Saturday, authorities said.

Witnesses tell FOX 35 News the fight started when the shirtless man called a waitress a vulgar name. According to the witness, the other individual involved in the fight told him to stop and calm down when it escalated. The man pulled off his own shirt during the fight.

Orlando police officers detained both men at the airport."

Alvin Bragg is dropping the criminal investigation for good. Pomerantz said there was enough to bring charges.

The GOP used to praise Giuliani for his job as prosecutor in the 1980's.

Now it praises him for becoming the type of person prosecutors prosecute.

High-ranking Proud Boy becomes second to enter cooperation agreement with feds: report

    excerpt:

"On Wednesday, The Kansas City Star reported that a second high-ranking member of the Proud Boys has entered a guilty plea for his involvement in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, and is now cooperating with federal authorities.

"Louis Enrique Colon, 45, of Blue Springs, pleaded guilty to one count of civil disorder at a hearing held via video conference in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia," reported Judy Thomas. "The plea agreement requires him to cooperate with prosecutors and other law enforcement authorities in the investigation. A sentencing date has not been set. Colon faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine."

"Colon, described in court documents as a 'first-degree member of the Proud Boys,' was charged last year along with three other Kansas City-area Proud Boys and two Arizona siblings who prosecutors say conspired to breach the Capitol on Jan. 6," continued the report. "The others, who all have pleaded not guilty, are William Chrestman and Christopher Kuehne, both of Olathe; Ryan Keith Ashlock, of Gardner; and Felicia and Cory Konold of Arizona.""
