After what they did and with Trump's ties to Vladimir Putin, I'm surprised they're not singing the State Anthem of the Russian Federation

Trump needs his own state anthem. He had his followers at a rally raising their hands and pledging allegiance to him.

Four Hours at the Capitol Trailer: ‘The Mob Is the Weapon’

    excerpt:

“Individuals themselves aren’t usually a problem,” one witness says in the trailer. “But when they get together and they create a mob, the mob is the weapon.” Four Hours at the Capitol premieres October 20 on BBC, HBO, and HBO Max.

These people are not very bright, are they....

..... "We want to prosecute this guy to the full ability of the law," ..... Madison should really just shut the fuck up. He's basically saying what many in the US think about him and what most are saying about his boss, Trump.

The FBI will be all over their Fucking Asses, along with the oil companies, that encourage the assholes. These rednecks are well known by even their own mothers, who disown them.

The jailors had to explain that it's not "Oh, Jose', can you see" and help with the big words. Of course nobody knew the 2nd verse.

Yeah, here's an 85 year old man, who is trying to further his "career". He's a deep Chinese Communist, planted in 1984....just waiting......waiting.....waiting...for his chance to kill zillions of sick old people and cripple the world's economy - even China.....

Young Mr. Cawthorn, it's probably time you really went to class and learned something beyond partying and womanizing. Trust me, you're not going to be another FDR.

'We're getting all kinds of threats': Judge says defiant US Capitol rioters are fueling threats from Trump supporters
By Marshall Cohen and Holmes Lybrand, CNN

'We're getting all kinds of threats': Judge says defiant US Capitol rioters are fueling anger from disgruntled Trump supporters - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"A federal judge said Friday that defiant US Capitol rioters, who are still defending their role in the January 6 insurrection, are fueling threats against judges from people who falsely believe the 2020 election was stolen from former President Donald Trump.

"It bothers me that she would try to associate herself with that type of violence... and then she goes on television on two occasions and is proud of what she did, and says she would do it again," district Judge Reggie Walton said at a hearing for Capitol riot defendant Lori Vinson.

"I know that these types of comments have an impact," Walton added. "As judges, we're getting all kinds of threats and hostile phone calls when we have these (January 6) cases before us, because there are unfortunately other people out there who buy in on this proposition, even though there was no proof, that somehow the election was fraudulent."

These comments came at a sentencing hearing for Vinson and her husband, Thomas Vinson. They both pleaded guilty to illegally protesting in the Capitol, a misdemeanor. The Justice Department has asked Walton to send Lori Vinson to jail for one month, because of her defiant comments after January 6. They asked for three months of house arrest for Thomas Vinson."

House investigators target the money trail behind January 6 rally - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"The panel has already interviewed several individuals involved with the rallies, according to multiple sources who participated in the discussions.

"There was a lot of money raised and a lot of money given, millions of dollars ... to pay for the buses and the hotels and the meals and the accommodation," Rep. Jamie Raskin, a Democrat on the select committee, told CNN this week. "A lot of the staffing of it came from people who used to work for Donald Trump on his campaign and then just went over to work on the rally stuff, so we're gonna get to the bottom of that stuff."

The undertaking is part of an ambitious investigation by the committee which, Raskin said Thursday, intends to create a "comprehensive inventory of everything that took place" that day. But unraveling finances is a complicated effort, especially with limits to the information the committee can access without subpoena fights and pressure to produce results before the mid-term election next year.

The panel has already hired additional staff, including experienced financial investigators, who are solely focused on this issue.

Trump's followers can apply for employment at businesses that the Dreamers started after they (the Dreamers) finished their degrees.

"The committee’s move to hold Bannon in criminal contempt has already sparked a debate among legal experts about whether its aggressive posture will result in the speedy results panel members said are critical to the success of their inquiry.

Contempt of Congress is a misdemeanor criminal offense that can result in up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000. Criminal contempt can be pursued only by the Justice Department, setting up potential bureaucratic and legal hurdles. The committee can pursue civil contempt charges without the involvement of the Justice Department, but that has historically produced substantial delays."

At this rate, the FBI and CIA will be busy for the next decade and will have to start recruiting people in kindergarten. Fuck em all, Fox News is legally entertainment, which means our courts are just more reality TV. The judges are shocked that the same assholes they encouraged to trash our government, are now threatening them.

Bill Barr and Steve Bannon have a similar unkept appearance.

Barr looks a little better, like Bannon after a flea bath.

'I Want the Sentence to Hurt': Judge Heavily Fines But Doesn't Jail Kentucky Couple Who Breached Capitol on Jan. 6

    excerpt:

"A federal judge who imposed the highest possible fine—but no prison time—as punishment for breaching the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6 said that he wanted the sentence to send a message.

“I want the sentence to hurt,” U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said during a sentencing hearing for Lori and Thomas Vinson on Friday. “People have to understand if you’re doing something like this, it’s going to hurt.”

The Vinsons, a married couple from Kentucky, pleaded guilty in July to a misdemeanor charge of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. The charge carries a potential sentence of up to six months in prison, in addition to a fine up to $5,000."

'I Want the Sentence to Hurt': Judge Heavily Fines But Doesn't Jail Kentucky Couple Who Breached Capitol on Jan. 6

    excerpt:

"Prosecutor Mary Dohrmann had asked for Lori to be sentenced to 30 days in prison, largely because of her “very public and clearly doubling down” statements she made after losing her job as a nurse when her employer discovered that she was in the Capitol on Jan. 6.

“I hope that is something I remember and say, ‘I’m glad I was a part of that,’ 30 years from now,” she told local NBC affiliate WFIE shortly after she was fired. “You know people have asked, ‘Are you sorry you’ve done that?’ Absolutely I am not. I am not sorry for that, I would do it again tomorrow.”

“I felt like what I had done was justified, and so I just said I would do this all over again tomorrow, I’m sorry that you don’t see my worth,” Lori said in another TV interview, according to the complaint."

    excerpt:

"On social media, Lori confirmed that not only that she was there, but that she was among the first to breach the Capitol building on Jan. 6.

“I was probably one of the first 100 in there and I would say at the most there were several thousand in there,” Lori said on Facebook.

Security footage showed Lori and Thomas, who was wearing a bright orange hoodie, in different parts of the Capitol, over the course of about 40 minutes."
