That means nothing to Trump and his clan. They simply find 150,000 Biden votes to throw out.

Trump said he won Georgia by as many as 500,000 votes when he lost by 11,870.

Rudy Giuliani targets Wayne County, raising claims judge cast doubt on

    excerpt:

"During a press conference at the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington, Giuliani said the Trump campaign has identified 300,000 "illegitimate ballots" in Michigan — but did not provide detailed specifics.

"These ballots were all cast basically in Detroit that Biden won 80-20," Giuliani said. "So you see it changes the result of the election in Michigan, if you take out Wayne County."

"It's a very significant case," Giuliani then said of the case Costantino v. Detroit."

Results of the case to which Giuliani was referring when he thought he could erase 150,000 or more votes for Biden from the Detroit area.

A summary of Michigan's 2020 election lawsuits that challenge the vote

    excerpt:

"Costantino et al v. City of Detroit et al

Two Wayne County residents argued that widespread election fraud and misconduct took place at the TCF Center and asked the Wayne County Circuit Court to stop the certification of the county's election results until an audit could occur.

    STATUS: Rejected

WHAT THE COURT SAID: "Plaintiffs rely on numerous affidavits from election challengers who paint a picture of sinister fraudulent activities. ... Plaintiffs' interpretation of events is incorrect and not credible." — Wayne County Circuit Court Chief Judge Timothy Kenny

The Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court refused to reverse the lower court's ruling, and the Wayne County Circuit Court rejected a subsequent request to audit election results before Michigan's presidential electors convene."

Communications of companies involved in the AZ audit won't be released until at least late September.

Republicans are openly turning on Arizona's fake 'audit' — as the Cyber Ninjas fumble at the finish line

    excerpt:

"Meanwhile, the Senate's lawyers on August 20 appealed a lower court order to release all of the Senate's communications related to the review. The appeal means the records—including the results of the contractor's two problematic vote and ballot counts—will not be public until after the Arizona Supreme Court likely hears the case in late September, other sources said.

Thus, Trump's election-denial campaign will linger, especially among pro-Trump media that have portrayed Arizona's review as "saving" American democracy and have helped to raise millions from Trump's base. But unlike during the Senate review's early months, a critical and powerful counternarrative has recently begun to emerge that is being delivered by Republicans."

In the short run, the appeal will work to the advantage of Trump and the fringe right media. It kicks the can down the road which enables the pro-Trump audit enthusiasts to keep the stolen election narrative going a while longer.

Using third-party private contractors for the AZ audit has an advantage of shielding the companies from public scrutiny of issues such as who is funding the audit. It blurs the distinction between what are considered public records and what aren't for an audit that normally would have been public and transparent.

It's along the lines of Trump using his personal attorney Giuliani as an unregistered government agent to conduct foreign affairs for Trump's personal gain in government (digging up dirt on his election rival Biden in Ukraine) while at the same time claiming attorney-client privilege to keep all of it secret.

‘Audit’ contractors won’t have to release records pending appeal

    excerpt:

"The companies conducting the controversial review of the election in Maricopa County won’t have to turn over internal documents and communications while the Senate appeals a judge’s ruling ordering that they be released under Arizona public records law.

A Maricopa County judge ruled last week that the state Senate must turn over documents such as internal communications, payment records, agreements with outside funders from the self-styled audit that Senate President Karen Fann ordered of the 2020 general election in Maricopa County. The Arizona Court of Appeals, however, will allow the Senate and Cyber Ninjas, the Florida company that Fann hired to lead the audit team, to withhold those records — for now."

To be fair... Cyber Ninjas fumbled before they even began.

    Love it...................

    1) Parker formally requested that disciplinary bodies investigate whether the pro-Trump lawyers should have their law licenses revoked.
    2) The judge also ordered the lawyers to attend classes on the ethical and legal requirements for filing legal claims
    3) to reimburse election officials for expenses incurred defending the lawsuit.

"I would build a great wall, and nobody builds walls better than me, believe me, and I’ll build them very inexpensively, I will build a great, great wall on our southern border. And I will have Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words." ~ Donald J. Trump

Trump informed everyone that Iraq has some of the largest oil reserves in the world.

Who could have possibly known such a fact and that healthcare could be so complicated.

The Real Story Behind the $25,000 Trump Donation to Pam Bondi

The Real Story Behind the $25,000 Trump Donation to Pam Bondi

    excerpt:

"In its 2018 case against the Trump Foundation, the New York attorney general noted how Trump broke the law by using his charity to fund Bondi’s political group. And the charity was ultimately dissolved after a state judge found Trump had “breached his fiduciary duty” to the charity in other ways, behavior that the AG’s office called a “shocking pattern of illegality.”

The donation occurred just as Bondi was supposed to be considering joining New York’s investigation of the Trump University scam. And Trump himself got off easy. His campaign and foundation executives chalked it up to a mistake. The nonprofit didn’t realize it was a political group, the campaign told The Wall Street Journal. An ignorant company clerk hadn’t known, otherwise “we would have taken it out of [Trump’s] own personal account,” Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg told The Washington Post."

Capitol Police Officers Sue Trump and Allies Over Election Lies and Jan. 6

    excerpt:

"A group of seven Capitol Police officers filed a lawsuit on Thursday accusing former President Donald J. Trump and nearly 20 members of far-right extremist groups and political organizations of a plot to disrupt the peaceful transition of power during the Capitol riot on Jan. 6.

The suit, which implicated members of the Proud Boys, the Oath Keepers militia and Trump associates like Roger J. Stone Jr., was arguably the most expansive civil effort to date seeking to hold Mr. Trump and his allies legally accountable for the storming of the Capitol.

While three other similar lawsuits were filed in recent months, the suit on Thursday was the first to allege that Mr. Trump worked in concert with both far-right extremists and political organizers promoting his baseless lies that the presidential election was marred by fraud."

Trump said he was acting in his official capacity as president when he incited an insurrection against the government.

Mo Brooks said he was also acting in his official capacity as a U.S. House member. Moreover, he claims he was forced to speak at Trump's rally at the Ellipse and incite an insurrection because Trump invited him. He also said the DOJ should defend him in lawsuits against him.

Capitol Police Officers Sue Trump and Allies Over Election Lies and Jan. 6

    excerpt:

"In each of those cases, Mr. Trump has sought to have charges dismissed by arguing that he was acting in his official capacity as president on Jan. 6 and therefore cannot face civil litigation. Other defendants, like Mr. Giuliani, have claimed that they were exercising their First Amendment rights to free speech when they spoke at rallies before the storming of the Capitol."
