If recounts show Biden with even more votes, Trump will simply contend that it's more fraudulent votes that Biden has to prove were not fraudulent before he can become president.

Trump needs to reimburse the taxpayers for the gold plated toilet he had installed special for his fat ass.

A major hole in Trump's lawsuits is that they selectively desire to overturn only the presidential election. All the other elections would also be subject to the alleged fraud.

Trump selectively chooses the highly urban regions that voted heavily for Biden while ignoring rural regions that favored Trump..

All of Trump's fraud allegations are supposedly detrimental to only him, not Biden.

Perhaps out of fear of sanctions,Trump's lawyers have never actually claimed fraud in their lawsuits. They've claimed what could be considered minor issues that involve state law, such as distance of poll watchers to ballot workers. They've used such grievances to call for a remedy that would involve discarding hundreds of thousands of votes from Biden-favored regions.

Federal appeals court issues stinging rejection of Trump campaign election fraud lawsuit
“Voters, not lawyers, choose the President,” the court writes.

Federal appeals court issues stinging rejection of Trump campaign election fraud lawsuit

    excerpt:

"The court found that the number of ballots the Trump campaign sought to challenge is far smaller than the roughly 81,000-vote margin of victory, and most of the claims revolve around questions of state law -- not federal law -- that have already been resolved in state court.

"And it never claims fraud or that any votes were cast by illegal voters," the court states. "Plus, tossing out millions of mail-in ballots would be drastic and unprecedented, disenfranchising a huge swath of the electorate and upsetting all down-ballot races too. That remedy would be grossly disproportionate to the procedural challenges raised.""

Ellis blames the court losses on activist judges.

Judge Stephanos Bibas, who signed the unanimous opinion of the three-judge panel, is a Republican who was appointed by Trump in 2017.

In the end, Trump will also blame it on the courts. He has already stated that he needs a judge that isn't politically biased or who doesn't have 'other problems'.

Powell says it's time for the U.S. Supreme Court. She will have an uphill battle, assuming it even accepts the case.

Federal appeals court issues stinging rejection of Trump campaign election fraud lawsuit

    excerpt:

"Ellis tweeted a reaction to the ruling that she said was on behalf of herself and Giuliani, saying "the activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud."

"On to SCOTUS!" she wrote, referencing her previously-stated desire to elevate the campaign’s case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The opinion came as an ally of the president, attorney Sidney Powell, filed a fresh legal complaint alleging a wide-ranging election fraud conspiracy -- also with scant proof -- in federal court in Georgia. Trump has continued to repeat those claims both on social media and in public remarks this week, including at a Republican caucus meeting organized by Pennsylvania state legislators on Wednesday."

You know Trump deserved to lose for many of his actions ,his administration is corrupt and that alone is reason for his presidency to end,but when I read stories like this on Twitter then I just get so angry,we can't say for sure that if he had treated the pandemic more seriously that these people may not have died anyway but he deserves to be held to account.

Trump's appointment of Stepanos Bibas filled a seat that had been vacant since July 2015. Republicans in the U.S. Senate had blocked Obama's nominations.

The coronavirus has killed over 100 police officers.

Trump addressed the U.S. troops on Thanksgiving Day but he always avoids talking about coronavirus deaths, even though he claims to be friendly to troops and police officers.

Covid-19 has killed more police officers this year than all other causes combined, data shows
    Christopher Ingraham
    September 2, 2020 at 1:29 p.m. ED

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2020/09/02/coronavirus-deaths-police-officers-2020/

    excerpt:

"NLEOMF reported a nearly identical number of covid-related law enforcement deaths. It also noted that fatalities due to non-covid causes are actually down year-over-year, undermining President Trump’s claims that “law enforcement has become the target of a dangerous assault by the radical left.”

Both organizations only count covid deaths “if it is determined that the officer died as a result of exposure to the virus while performing official duties,” as the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund put it. “Substantive evidence will be required to show the death was more than likely due to the direct and proximate result of a duty-related incident.”

In addition to the 100 confirmed coronavirus fatalities listed on the Officer Down website, the nonprofit said it is in the process of verifying an additional 150 officer deaths due to covid-19 and presumed to have been contracted in the line of duty, said Chris Cosgriff, executive director of ODMP, in an email."

Biden picks up 132 net votes in Milwaukee County.

The Trump campaign is paying for two recounts in Wisconsin in Biden-favored urban counties that contain Madison and Milwaukee.

A recount of the entire state would have cost Trump about $8 million.

Biden picks up small number of votes in Milwaukee County after Trump-requested recount - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"The campaign also objected to 2,197 ballots that had been "cured," a legally allowed action in which an election official fills in a missing piece of information on a ballot envelope, often identified because the official did it in a different ink from the voter.

According to the Milwaukee County Clerk's office, the Trump campaign has signaled it will appeal the certification decision, based on the dispute over these segregated votes

The other county that is part of the state's recount, Dane, is expected to complete its recount in the next few days. The state must certify its results by Tuesday.

CNN has projected that Biden will win Wisconsin, flipping the state back to blue after Trump won it in 2016."

I think you may be looking for an attachment to precedent that isn't there with this hard right crew. Their decision was inconsistent with precedents as recent as last July, just before Justice Ginsberg's death, e.g. Calvary Chapel v. Sisolak, decided only last July. (What a difference a Justice makes). The dissenters in Calvary Chapel are now in the majority--same thinking, different outcome because of the addition of Barrett. Jacobson's resistance to the vaccination was based on personal aversion instead of religion. With the current SCOTUS majority, it's possible he might have prevailed if the case happened today and he couched his objections in religious terms. Most states have an option for religious exemptions from vaccinations.

I think the differences for the majority is religion and libertarian ideology instead of law. Jacobson didn't involve religion. Justice Barrett, who took Ginsberg's place, is a religious zealot belonging to an ultra-conservative religious subgroup (AKA cult) of Catholics, and considers religion to be highly salient. Justice Alito recently raised eyebrows for his speech at the conservative Federalist Society on the "unimaginable restrictions of individual liberty invoked during the corona pandemic"--this before the Cuomo case had been decided. Gorsuch has a record of prioritizing the religious views of employers and corporations over the health of employees. In his dissent in Calvary Chapel v. Sisiolak, involving similar issues to the case at hand but decided when Ginsberg was on the Court, Kavanaugh stated (incorrectly) that religion is a "most favored right". The majority thought Cuomo had manifested hostility toward the Haredi “ultra-Orthodox” Jewish community which refused to comply with his orders and therefore was not "neutral" toward religion. This, they argued, caused a two-pronged test to kick in: any restriction of religious activity must have a "compelling state interest" and be "narrowly tailored' to accomplish the pubic purpose involved. The majority ageed Covid 19 is a compelling state interest, but they didn't think the restriction was "narrowly tailored" because it made exceptions for commercial operations like liquor stores and bike repair shops--notwithstanding the fact that people don't ordinarily congregate, talk and sing in those businesses.

Apparently, Trump is upset about #DiaperDon.

Trump declares Twitter national security threat after #DiaperDon trends following meltdown

    excerpt:

“Twitter is sending out totally false ‘Trends’ that have absolutely nothing to do with what is really trending in the world. They make it up, and only negative ‘stuff’,” the US president tweeted without providing evidence in the early hours of Friday morning.

Mr Trump did not say which trending topic upset him, but following Thursday’s press briefing, which saw him furiously assail a reporter from behind a surprisingly small desk, the hashtag #DiaperDon surged towards the top of Twitter’s trending list in the US and UK.

“For purposes of National Security, Section 230 must be immediately terminated!!!” Mr Trump added, in reference to part of a 1996 law which protects websites from lawsuits over content posted by users. Any changes to these protections would fundamentally change how the internet works.

The Trump campaign paid about $2 million for the recount in Milwaukee County which gave Biden 132 more votes over Trump.

The Trump campaign paid $15,151 for each vote of Biden's net gain.

Isn't trump guilty of being an accessory to third degree murder?

    That's his bail money.
