Will the SCOTUS stop the vote counting at trump's behest? I just don't see how they could do that in good conscious.
So far the Supreme Court has left election matters to the states, unless it's a voting rights/equal treatment under the law issue.
So far the Democrats have 69 million plus popular votes, which is again 3 million more than Republicans. And again it is down to the electoral college. So, Biden needs several critical states, including his own Pennsylvania. The Republicans managed to hang on and re-elect McConnel and Graham. It's not the best outcome for us so far. The thought of another 4 years of Republican shit is repulsive.
And with hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots still to count, some for trump but majority for Biden. Biden believes he'll take Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania (Trump has a 500,000 vote lead in Pa) which could easily evaporate under the 1.4 million mail-in ballots which have yet to be counted.
It appears that Susan Collins retained her seat, in Maine. The dems won the senate seat in Arizona. It's very close in Nevada. Note: to paraphrase trump, I just got knocked out in a boxing match, but I won.
Hundreds of thousands of those have apparently been "lost" in the postal system and in some states will be disqualified because they weren't received on election day. With 300,523 ballots unaccounted for, the Postal Service defies a court order to locate them Missing ballots? USPS blows court-ordered deadline on mail-in ballots Postal Service fails to meet deadline to sweep facilities for undelivered mail-in ballots
Nevada state Republicans and the Trump campaign are doing everything they can to de-legitimize the voting especially from Clark county Las Vegas
Last year at this time the postal service was operating at 95% efficiency, now it's down to as low 67% and as high as 75%. WTF happened? Hurricane Louis as in Louis DeJoy (The weather channel never covered that disaster)

Biden can win without PA. He would win with WI, MI, and NV which would give him 270, a scenario the opened because of an electoral vote he picked up in a Maine. Biden would also win with WI and MI plus either GA or NC.
Biden could also win with MI and GA (giving him 270) without winning PA, WI, NC, and NV because of the one vote he picked up in Maine. GA has been another close race.
Trump had a chance to pick up the one electoral vote that Biden picked up late in Maine because Maine is one of only two states that use the Congressional district method to assign electoral votes instead of winner-take-all. Trump not picking up that one vote in Maine opened up various scenarios for Biden to win with 270. Trump picked up all the district electoral votes in NE.
This was planned... Those "lost" ballots are from largely Democratic areas. And, surprise!... Trump's USPS guy defies a court order. Gee... Where have I heard that before?
DeJoy lacks experience with postal operations. He donated nearly $700,000 to a committee that set up the RNC convention in 2020. It's another example of Trump's personal Deep State cronyism. Trump donor named next postmaster general excerpt: "Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.) — chairman of the House Government Operations Subcommittee, which has jurisdiction over the Postal Service — expressed dismay at the appointment on Wednesday evening. “President Trump rewards a partisan donor by installing him at the United States Postal Service,” he said in a statement. “The Postal Service is in crisis and needs real leadership and someone with knowledge of the issues. This crony doesn’t cut it.”"

Biden just got Wisconsin. Now he has 248 electoral votes. He might win after all. Earlier I did a count but left out DC which does get 3 electoral votes.
