  1. The point I was making was far more simple than this wall of text.

How does the left make it ok to be fascist, you ask. It’s quite simple, just brand it as revolutionary and throw “anti” in front of it to appeal to naive simps

Trump once again is using a quid pro quo tactic, this time on the states instead of Ukraine and during a pandemic that has killed over 70,000 people in the U.S.

Like he did with his fake charity that was shut down by the courts. he uses the U.S. Treasury Department like his own personal political account to promote himself using an extortion approach and even putting his name on the checks, which had never been done before by a president.

Trump says he might give federal coronavirus aid to states if they comply with his political demands

    excerpt:

"President Donald Trump tweeted on Tuesday that federal aid to states battling the novel coronavirus may depend on those states eliminating sanctuary cities, payroll taxes, and capital-gains taxes."

Trump could up the ante and bring armed protesters to the Lincoln Monument or the Brady press briefing room (named after James Brady who was shot) and have them stand alongside the scientists while he promotes each group's recommendations in a sleazy populist attempt to garner as many votes possible.

"Donald Trump won't be able to run on the economy, the coronavirus response is definitely out of the question; maybe he can run of his morality, humility, integrity, honesty, friendly disposition, benevolence, charm, and ethics. On the other hand, maybe the economy and coronavirus response is a better plan!"

Trump pivots hard away from fight against unvanquished pandemic - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"The White House gave its clearest sign yet Tuesday, just less than six months from Election Day and as the US death toll topped 70,000, that it is moving from pandemic management to a message of revival and an aggressive pitch for a second term. And Trump is thwarting oversight efforts of how he and his administration responded to the pandemic that could reveal failures that worsened the outbreak.

Trump conceded that "there'll be more death" as the country opened but added "the virus will pass, with or without a vaccine. And I think we're doing very well on vaccines but, with or without a vaccine, it's going to pass, and we're going to be back to normal.""

Trump was amazed that a contagion could be so contagious.

Trump is claiming that officials like Fauci didn't give him a sufficiently aggressive warning.

Trump says 'nobody' could've predicted a pandemic like coronavirus. Here are all the times he was warned about it and refused to take action.

    excerpt:

"Trump spent the last two years slashing many of the government agencies responsible for handling such an outbreak. According to Foreign Policy:

In 2018, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention cut 80% of its efforts to prevent global disease outbreaks because it was running out of money. Ultimately, the global health unit of the department went from working in 49 countries to just 10.

Trump shut down the entire global-health-security division of the National Security Council. He also reassigned Rear Adm. Timothy Ziemer, who would have overseen the US's response to a pandemic in his previous role.

He eliminated the US government's $30 million Complex Crises Fund.

He reduced national health spending by $15 billion.

He consistently attacked officials in charge of spearheading the US's global health programs, like Mark Green, the director of the US Agency for International Development.

Trump's former national security adviser, John Bolton, also pushed out Tom Bossert, the White House homeland security adviser who had called for a robust strategy against pandemics and bioweapons attacks."

In other words, Fascists=Communists, except they don't. Both are authoritarian movements of the "tough-minded" variety (in other words, willing to use violence and "end justifies the means" tactics to pursue their objectives). But if fascism has any meaning at all other than as a snarl word, it refers to the peculiar kind of tough-minded authoritarianism created by Mussolini and Fascism. Indispensable characteristics of Fascism: personalismo or the Führerprinzip (follow the leader; cult of personality: Mussolini, Hitler, the Donald), nationalism, and the call to restore past national glory (e.g., "Make America Great Again"); and nativist scapegoating of ethnic outgroups like immigrants. According to Fascism expert Roger Griffin, "Fascism is a genus of political ideology whose mythic core in its various permutations is a palingenetic (revivalist) form of populist ultra-nationalism." Left wing authoritarian groups are not into nationalism and targeting of ethnic outgroups. They emphasize class warfare and internationalism instead. Some of them have fallen for the cult of personality: e.g., the Dear Leaders of North Korea and the cults of Stalin and Mao. The seems not to be true in Europe and the U.S. Who is the leader of Antifa?

Your photos are interesting. Nothing to indicate when, where, or of what they were taken. The group on the right with the hammer and sickle signs, looks like it might have been from an earlier era. If that's supposed to be Antifa, there are problems: Antifa probably has at least as many anarchists as communists. All those hammers and sickles are suspicious.

I know you know this, but not sure that six does. Communism is an economic system. Fascism is not. Too many people think those two ideologies are interchangeable.

Trump's cutting of funding and programs that respond to health threats caused him to repurpose money meant for other programs which will now be compromised until Congress can backfill the money.

Trump's has resorted to this same fiscal approach to fund his border wall and to try to mitigate the damage he did to U.S. farmers with his trade wars.

He's currently talking about more punitive measures on China at a time when the farmers and other groups in the U.S. are already badly damaged.

He told a single mom from Alabama who is about to be evicted that his gut tells him that good times will be back right after he is reelected and she'll have a job that pays more money.

The coronavirus has caused much grief for people. If anything positive can be said, it's that Trump made himself the most deserving president onto which the damage could have been inflicted.

And now two Chinese PHD researchers have been murdered in Pennsylvania. One was on the edge of a breakthrough concerning Coronavirus. He was shot in the head and shoulder. The second was found dead in a car about a mile away. Looks like someone wants to control the vaccine and its price.
