Trump argued against a journalist who said Bright had talents in vaccines right after Trump said he never heard of Bright.

Trump Slams CBS' Weijia Jiang Calling Dr. Rick Bright Gifted

    excerpt:

"“Well, that’s his expertise. I mean, I’m just looking at his résumé,” Jiang said. Dr. Bright is an award-winning vaccine expert.

Trump interrupted “No, no, but have you reviewed him? Have you — have you studied him? Have you reported on him? You said, ‘his gifts.’ His gifts. I mean…”

“He’s worked his entire career developing vaccines, including the –” Jiang said, as Trump interrupted again.

“Well, that doesn’t mean you have gifts. I know a lot of people, they play baseball, but they can’t hit 150 in the Major Leagues,” Trump said.

“Well, he helped develop the flu vaccine last year,” Jiang said.

“No, no, but you talk about his great gifts,” Trump said, then rolled on to the next reporter.

Neither Jiang nor Karl had the chance to ask Trump about the substance of Dr. Bright’s accusations, and not a single other reporter bothered to try."

Trump once again pleads ignorance and says he doesn't know Dr. Bright who was unexpectedly demoted from BARDA to a position in NIH.

Trump later became upset when a journalist stated to Trump the exceptional credentials of Dr. Bright. Trump dismissed the credentials after saying he had never heard of Dr. Bright and accused the journalist of not knowing Dr. Bright well enough.

Trump uses the same troll tactics as forum trolls. He starts meaningless fights over a word that was used to describe someone to distract from the salient facts.

Trump blocks Fauci from answering question about unproven drug therapy at coronavirus press briefing
“What do I know? I’m not a doctor," Trump said before cutting off a real doctor who warned about hydroxychlorine

Trump blocks Fauci from answering question about unproven drug therapy

    excerpt:

"President Donald Trump blocked top infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci from discussing the president's hype of an unproven drug treatment for the new coronavirus at Sunday's White House press briefing.

"Would you also weigh in on this issue of hydroxychloroquine?" CNN reporter Jeremy Diamond asked Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. "What do you think about this?"

"Didn't you just ask that question?" Trump snapped back before Fauci had a chance to respond. Diamond had asked Trump about the drug — but not Fauci. "Fifteen times."

    "He's a doctor," Diamond responded.

"You don't have to answer the question," Trump told a dumbfounded Fauci. "I answered that question 15 times.""

Trump's says he's not a doctor and doesn't know, yet he blocks a doctor from answering the question.

Similarly, Trump says he doesn't even know vaccine specialist Dr. Bright who was unexpectedly demoted, yet he accuses a reporter of not knowing enough about him who had pointed out the expertise of Bright that madeTrump frustrated and wanting to belittle his expertise.

Kentuckians are poisoning themselves as they fight COVID-19

Kentuckians are poisoning themselves as they fight COVID-19

    excerpt:

"LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) – Kentucky Poison Control Center sees a 30% increase in calls tied to cleaners and disinfectants

Poisonings related to cleaners and disinfectants are surging as local families work to protect themselves against COVID-19.

According to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, poison control centers nationwide received more than 45,000 calls tied to cleaners and disinfectants during the last quarter, about a 20% increase. While the increase affected all age groups, children ages 5 and under were impacted the most. Complaints included shortness of breath, dizziness, and vomiting.

Kentucky has a similar trend. Last month, the Kentucky Poison Control Center of Norton Children’s Hospital saw a 30% increase in overall exposure calls related to disinfecting agents, including a 56% increase in poisonings from household cleaners and a 30% increase in poisonings from hand sanitizers.

The data shows many of the exposures are from consuming or inhaling these products.

There have also been reports of young kids drinking hand sanitizer, as well as adults breathing in toxic fumes as they mix together combinations of cleaners."

Trump: Postal Service must charge Amazon more, or no loan

Trump: Postal Service must charge Amazon more, or no loan

    excerpt:

"WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said Friday that he won't approve a $10 billion loan for the U.S. Postal Service unless the agency raises charges for Amazon and other big shippers to four to five times current rates.

“The Postal Service is a joke because they’re handing out packages for Amazon and other internet companies and every time they bring a package, they lose money on it,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office.

The president was responding to a question about reports his administration plans to force major changes in postal operations as the price for approving a $10 billion loan that was included in the government’s $2 trillion economic rescue package.

Under the rescue package legislation, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin must approve the loan before the Postal Service can receive the money. Officials at the Postal Service had no immediate reaction to Trump's comments."

So, you are trying to blame poisonings over the last couple of months on what Trump didnt actually say a couple days ago

The increased poisonings are because they are all stuck at home, increased home reno projects, more accidents with children

Those extra deaths will be added to the tally of unnecessary deaths for young people because everyone was supposed to care more about a bunch of 80 yr olds dying

well if trump's little fascist minions were to all follow his advice, that would be a win win situation, because none of them would be alive to vote for him in november.

i mean i had to lol, because who else would be gullible enough to actually think that was a good idea.

No grant money was provided to USPS in the coronavirus $2 trillion bailout package, just a $10 billion loan.

USPS requested the loan but it hadn't been approved.

Trump is now using the coronavirus disaster (the one he helped create) to retaliate against Amazon by withholding a loan to the USPS until it raises fees to Amazon four to five times the current rate.

Trump has been upset that Jeff Bezos of Amazon owns the Washington Post which Trump despises.

The only thing Trump CAN plead is ignorance. It's what he's soaked in. The man is lies, wrapped in BS, wrapped in arrogance, wrapped in narcissism, wrapped in a gigantic ego, and soaked in ignorance.

BUT ………………………. He seems to have a shameful number of gullible people "sold" that he's the perfect man to solve ALL their problems. LEMMINGS.

Trump's assault on the USPS also is another attack by the Republican party on unions. They demand that as part of the loan that postal workers who are union members take big pay cuts and have their benefits cut. Just as in ALL other republican ideology - they can't have working - class people making decent money and have decent, family supporting benefits. As much as they CLAIM to be for working families - this is just one more example of the Republican tactic of saying one thing ……………………… and then doing exactly the opposite. How can they CLAIM to be all about families and then demand big pay & benefit cuts??? Those postal workers are NOT rich!!! The Republican party for DECADES, a la the Chamber of Commerce's demands, has taken one step after another to divide and break up any blocks of workers and voters that want a better life for themselves and their families.

I say turn-about is fair play. Cut presidential and congressional salaries in half - and take away their FAAAAAATTT retirement and medical benefits. What people seem to forget is this ………….They work for US - NOT the other way around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VOTE THE ANTI - WORKER, ANTI ENVIRONMENT REPUBLICANS OUT.

Trump Jr. accuses Hillary Clinton of poisoning Jeffery Epstein.
Do I have to say with no evidence to back up that accusation?

This came after Hillary tweeted, "Please don’t poison yourself because Donald Trump thinks it could be a good idea."
Junior sent back, "We know, we know... poison is reserved for a long list of people like Jeffrey Epstein... and servers." "Am I right?"

    No, no you're not right.
