I just went on that tracking website and it said my eligibility can not be determined at this time? I'm on Social Security and they have my direct deposit info. Maybe the Trump administration has developed a new way to discriminate against Democrats?
as if Lindsay as ever had a real job. Lindsey Graham calls to cut unemployment benefits on "Fox & Friends"
Lindsey Graham is still Trump's yes-man, parroting the same type of strawman remarks of Trump. Graham: "The president has made hard calls well and we're going to be well below the 100,000 minimum expected. And it's due to his leadership and the American people working together."
The governors are deserving of the credit for implementing social distancing to limit the spread, what Trump was against before he reluctantly acquiesced briefly only to once again call for ending social distancing. It's part of why the governors are seeing their approval ratings increase by 20 to 30% while Trump's approval went up briefly by about 2% and dropped back to where it was previously.
Apparently, it's the first time a president's name has been placed on IRS checks issued to the public.
The novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19 wasn't around during the Obama administration. Trump claims he inherited a broken test for it from Obama. From Al Jazeera: March 30, 2020. "Trump falsely tells Fox News his administration "inherited a broken test" for COVID-19. Note: The DNA sequence for the novel coronavirus was not shared by China until January 7, 2020, almost three years after Trump was inaugurated. Tests created in the US shipped during the early days of the crisis in the country were with tainted reagents, a component added to tests to create chemical reaction."
Trumps name on the checks--what a cheap ploy. Usual asshole move by the prick. Soooo many people will think--- "oh-Mr trump gave me this here money--why, I'll just have to vote fer éem.
Trump is still lying about his tariffs on China that Americans are paying, not the Chinese. Fact check: Trump denies saying another thing he said and makes more false claims at coronavirus briefing By Daniel Dale, Tara Subramaniam and Nathan McDermott, CNN Updated 11:11 AM ET, Wed April 15, 2020 Fact check: Trump denies saying another thing he said and makes more false claims at coronavirus briefing - CNNPolitics excerpt: "Trade with China After CNN's Kaitlan Collins asked whether the President wanted to walk back his previous comments praising China for its transparency, Trump replied that he's "always respectful of China." He then pointed to the trade deals signed between the US and China, claiming that China had paid the US "nothing in any previous administration." Later he added, "They're also paying us 25% or $250 billion in tariffs. So we're taking in -- wait a minute -- we're taking in billions of dollars for China, from China. They never paid us 10 cents. That's a great thing." Facts First: Study after study has shown that Americans, not China, are paying most of the cost of Trump's tariffs. Aside from that, it's not true that the Treasury has never received "10 cents" from tariffs on China or got "nothing in any previous administration." The US has had tariffs on China for more than two centuries. FactCheck.org reported that the US generated an "average of $12.3 billion in custom duties a year from 2007 to 2016, according to the U.S. International Trade Commission DataWeb.""
The memo line on the checks should be expanded to: "Economic Impact Payment to mitigate the recession caused by Trump's bungled coronavirus response."
I want to know when I'll get mine? So far it looks like a bunch of bull. A false promise, like the truck's on the way, or like the check's in the mail!
