sure is hot out today

too hot to work but im taking it easy anyway waiting for my back to settle down to normal

used the day so far to get parts ill need and stopped off at the lake for lunch....there was a sailboat in trouble it was so windy i think they ripped their sails or broke some ropes...some guy in a power boat went and gave them a tow back

another guy was using a kite and either waterskis or a wakeboard to have a ton of fun...

i cut the lunch a bit short because some young girls came there to swim and it made me feel weird just sitting there ...if they were my kids id think the guy was a perve so i left

NOT that I could do something like this...I've grown old enough to see and acknowledge my limitations....but I think raising sheep and goats would be a very cool way to live...If you know what you're doing.

which I wouldn't...

I still would like to have 2 goats. That's on my bucket list.

 

There are areas of this yard that really need to be cleaned up and out. It goes beyond "underbrush" all the way to Brush---which is bushes of yellow bells grown in with honeysuckle with briars and whatnot. This does not count the vinca and the ivy that grows prolifically and covers the majority of every damn where. If all that wild stuff was all just munched down that would make my life so much easier...I would like to guide what comes back. For I know this wouldn't eradicate all of that...it would just get it back to the roots, for a time.

Goats could enhance my life.

Actually I was hesitating because I didn't want to ask for a ride to the train station. I just didn't want to be a bother. It all worked out though...the brewery I wanted to go to was closed. So I just went to the beach instead. Was gonna go to the city tomorrow but she asked me to join her for a concert so I figured why not...no idea who is playing yet.

 

Double post edit...anyway it's windy as fuck at the beach today. And not that kind where it's a gust then pause. Then a gust. No no no...this shit has been one continuous gust for 5 hours now.

 

Hot as somethingorother here.... The wind doesn't help. It's like opening a convection oven and sticking your head inside.


Speaking of wind... There is a field just south of my place that is covered with thistle. The kind of thistle with the floaty dandelion type seeds. Well wind is out of the south today and it looks like it's snowing out there. Guess what I'm going to have growing everywhere next year.

Goats are so precious. They have as much personality as dogs do.

 

they chew on everything though..youll have to fence the whole yard in

kind of like horses and cows...they will chew the trim and mirrors right off your cars..

with the goats though they climb on the hoods and roof and do even more damage

 

We have goats on uncles farm. They're pretty awesome.
Meant to be some decent mountain goat in these hills too people bow hunt for. With us though they're just in a paddock so they don't eat everything and damage everything but their yard, which is big with cows and horses too. they're a good honorable creature. If they're good enough to pull Thor's chariot, then they're good enough for anything.

If you get goats you should supply things for them to climb on. They seem driven to climb.

 

They also will stand there and like stare through you too, I wonder why Satan was depicted with goat like features? I wonder what whoever came up with that depiction, what they had against goats. probably got hoofed while trying to fuck one or something. That's what I hear actually happens in the Middle East. :unsure:

We won 14-10. I got 2/4. I'm very happy because I played so well and I won by 7 whole balls my second game. And the games I lost, well I was competing very well. I also finished the 4th round early so I'm on the alcohol now and I'll have a joint soon and then be awesome and drive long back home.
