The Day The Chat Stood Still...

So 45mins before the movie started yesterday I wasn't ready, and my miss scorned me for it too. And so she's blah blah blah and I say yes I'll forfeit my shower like, what's the panic? She just gets anxious when trying to make a movie time. So we get there 15mins before set start time. She says "see, I told you, we are too late and it is sold out, I cannot see it on the board". "it's not called Tarzan, Laura, it's The legend of Tarzan, it's right there" so we get our tickets and boom first in the line to wait. lol. "And you told me we weren't going to make it" I said.

 

That's the way mine is.

 

I think that's the way a lot of lawns are lol. But, I was thinking, that this doesn't have to be this way just because I could consider it "normal". When I had grass there, I loved taking care of it, trimming it, watering it, mowing it, edging it. Mowing the lawn in my Sundress with a beer in my hand.. those were the days. Now I just shake my head..

 

my grass sits 1/3 cut and 2/3's really needs to be cut....this property was a dairy farm originally and I havea high clover content in my grass.....like 90 prcent

wont be getting to it any time soon as I am attending wwe in Toronto on the weekend with grandson....he still has no idea he is going....meeting him at the train station and will try and keep him in suspense as long as possible

 

I've never been able to contain the suspense. I get it out of people real quickly. so, most my presents were and still are ruined up to months in advance. I haven't even fallen for a surprise party yet. One day I know she'll get me good with one though.

my kid is in this video. hes the one fucking with the kid in front of him in the beginning of the vid, and in the huddle with the giant ass stickers on his face (which act as a hilarious sunblock, lol)

 

Heard quite a few complaints about the 11 cruze. I have a 12 cruze and I can't think of a car I would have rather purchased instead.

 

this is it...my strawberry patch...it sits in a sunny corner of the garden all by itself because it will easily spread to the entire circle this summer....you can see the tiny shoots forming new plants....too bad weed doesn't do that

 

last night on the edge of the storms I spotted two dark orbs. it was prior to the sun going down and the cloud line was clearing ... seen one orb and a second coming from the first.. cool shit. both moving in straight lines in the wispy wind..

I HATE lawn care. The whole idea that I need to constantly maintain this plant (grass) and trim it to keep it in the perfect state of alive but short seems stupid. That's why I don't bother with grass.

 

the french think they are a little more important than they actually are. thinking about this with the upcoming olympics. the announcements are made in english french and the language of the host country. how the hell did the french sneak into that? there is way more mandarin speaking people. ok but thats one country. so lets say there are way more spanish speaking people too and there are many countries that speak spanish. who did the french pay off to get that special treatment?

 

If I don't mow what is already lawn I get invasive species like poison ivy... I would rather take the time to mow.
