Well, I've known these guys in real life, so maybe I have different painted picture in front of me.

But there ain't no way, I'm sitting here putting up with crude remarks about someone "volunteering" to join the SS. My Grandaddy put up his life for his country and walked away with it too, so under no circumstances will I sit and listen or accept that he's some sort of war criminal just because he fought for a specific fighting group. You can say what you want about anyone else, but that's my grandaddy and his pride, I won't let anyone take that from him or talk ill about my family because of it. His history has more than shaped my future. He was a powerful officer, very good at his job, he's very influential during my own life struggles. And he didn't murder any civilians. He was Waffen SS.

Some people need to learn about the SS or SA in its entirety before passing down that judgement. And my roots are anchored solid with my arguments. :)

Anyway, 5 year sentence for a 94 year old man in a wheelchair off of a testamony from a now American Jew who couldn't remember the guy yet gave evidence against him.

Y'all scream black and blue fair isn't fair. But when it's not fair and staring you right in the face, but against another agenda... GUILTY!

last weekend I found/ rescued a turtle. a friend was driving me home cause I was drunk. he saw something in the middle of the road .. then he passed it saying it was a turtle. I got sober really quick, said stop stop need to get it off the road .. he stops and starts backing up the road, and I was like no no your going to run it over. i jumped out and power my phone lamp on and found the turtle just making it to the edge of the road. I took it to the creek and let it go .. no pictures cause my phone died from using the lamp. when I was getting it to the water, it was making its legs swimming like it knew i was taking it to the water.. probably been a long time since it seen that body of water.

I caught a turtle once fishing. I was trying a new bait which was diced up kransky sausage. Ugh. I felt sick. By the time I pulled the line in it had swallowed the hook. I cut the line and let it go. I'm not sure about a turtles digestive system but hope it dissolved that hook.

Now that's not a bad study... Biodegradable fishing hooks. When in contact with a certain acid from animal digestion it corrodes away.

Anyone wanna help me get this off the ground and get filthy rich?? :)

my turtle would always do the swimming motion when i picked him up by the top of his shell.

i only buy lottery tickets when the odds are equal or better than the jackpot. if its 180,000,000 to one then it has to be $180,000,000.

there is a highway here that has fences all along the side of it only a foot or 2 high...looks weird until you figure out its to protect the turtles (they also have fence "tunnels" to funnel them to the underground culverts where they can safely cross under the highway)

its around the same area that has a wildlife bridge for animals to cross above the highway (they re-introduced elk in that area and the elk love the road salt)

one of the most disgusting things ive seen was a highway near where eggsprogs university is one time the road was full of crushed turtles....

another gross thing about that highway is the last time i had drove past that area there was police in a swamp and forensic unit

later on when i got home there was a story that some students on a field trip had found a human foot in a shoe and the police where searching for more remains in the area
