whoever said that ppl who do heroin are stupid i hope someday your son or daughter becomes an addict....i know that was a horrible thing to say but open your eyes tell me youve never made any mistakes or struggled in life because of decisions u made. we are all just human beings in an almost infinitely uncertain and harsh universe. i can totally see why ppl would want to escape it thru drugs or other negative ways the problem is this is a delusion u cannot escape your existence its always their hiding the only thing we have control over is our own limited perception you can choose to see the world as it truly is or you can see it positively or negativley it really isnt either and yet both at the same time. i cant stand such judgemental people. wouldnt you rather speak kind words to help alleviate someones suffering or be like 90% of the worlds population, just sit back in your perfect world where everyone else is stupid or in some way lower than u wat makes you not stupid this girl could be writing her thesis for her doctorate while shooting heroin wat accomplishments have you made, because you do or dont shoot heroin doesnt mean anything about your intelligence it means youve probably avoided lots of suffering because of your choice but u r in no place to judge aneone else by their decisions u dont know wat led to them. the reason living beings suffer is because we cannot see beyond ourselves its just as much your fault for this girls problem as it is mine,hers and the rest of the world one harsh word could travels miles and years spreading from person to person to animal to person and eventually back to you. we must all accept responsibility for our world and if its present state pains you all you can do is spend your life every moment of it trying to end that suffering not just for you but for everyone only then will anything change. remember their is a cosmic order to things randomness is just a result of our limited perception our inability to see the whole picture. the more love you spread the more youll experience it the same with hatred ignorance and apathy

 

uh, i thought oyu couldn't trip everyday, i read somewhere you have to wait a week to be able to trip again because something relating to serotonin.

 

ya my friend took two hits one day, and the next day two of the same hits did nothing to him, but I guess you could up the dose every time. Say two, then four, then seven, then ten for about equal effects, but what a waste.

Come on, for god's sake.
It's a bit of a sorry situation, but at the end of the day don't be so quick to pin the blame.
As a recreational and respectable user, Acid's shown me the grim realities of life in a modern day society.. but I'm not sitting here tapping the vein.

 

lol to the people ranting about heroin and how its not bad or how its not your fault, if you made the mistake of trying it, knowing that it is one of, if not the most addictive drug than you are a dumb ass. You were the one who got addicted and for someone to voice their opinion about you is perfectly rational. Who are you to tell someone what they think? For someone to wish that their kids got addicted to that shit is fucked up too, it's kind of funny how offensive some people are getting though. I think H is a fucked up drug, now not necessarily all people who do heroin are pieces of shit, but a majority of them are.

 

lsd can easily make you go insane even if you aren't abusing it. all it takes is one trip to lose your shit.

You can't blame LSD for your friends condidition. It may be an easy out, but you have to look at the whole picture.

If someone actually 'loses their shit', as in long term, then the cause wasn't the acid. It's the things they realized about themself, that caused them to lose their shit.

As far as bad trips go, I'd say they are about 1 in 300. Maybe 1 in 500? I go to a festival with 1000 people tripping, I won't see more than 2-3 bad trips I'm guessing.

1 in 300 is hardly Russian roulette. Not any more 'Russian roulette' than traveling in automobiles.

Most bad trips last a few hours, or the length of the trip. No big deal. The ones that don't, had other issues.

The only real concern, is the fact that X amount of people jump to their death during a bad trip. And I suppose a few people have been driven 'insane', a bit earlier than they would have.
