No offense taken. But it seems that most people here enjoy my post because they make you think. And thinking in new ways is one major factor in LSD. in fact when you say most of my "revelations" can be answered by looking in a book. i highly doubt it. there are no answers to some of my questions because an answer isn't achievable by our very human nature. and btw they dont teach decomposition to 2nd graders
Schools may not, but nature does. That is how I picked up on it, growing up in Pa. where there are actually seasons and watching the trees and nature where I lived every day. Like I said, nature can teach a lot if you take the time to observe. My wife teaches such things as the water cycle, how life in different biomes is connected to it's environment, life cycles, the solar system, electricity, etc, etc, to kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders all the time. Most off the kids totally get the concepts with no problem. Don't underestimate how sharp a little kid is. Maybe because you live in Ca. and are young you weren't taught such things at that age. In the early '90's Ca. cut funding for a lot of school programs and curriculum, science being one of them. So a lot of elementary schools in Ca. don't go very in depth in science lessons until 5th and 6th grade because of a lack of funding. I know, I have had kids in Ca. schools for almost 20 years and have seen the changes. Never said I don't enjoy your posts, everyone is entitled to their viewpoint.
