    I love a good roti, with bhuna it's the best :) Maybe a little dal on the side with some brinjal pickle?

    I made this mango curry and the family really loved it! Spiced with Habanero chilis it was super delicious :)

    I love climbing all over that place.... and gazing afar across the strait to Morocco :) Ferry right there in Algaceres, very close by... you could be in Tangiers for a days shopping!

    If you mean the mango curry, that would be a whole mango with coconut milk. I also added a habanero chili, chopped fine for a heat factor that could be felt with each bite :)

    My sweet mother-in-law cooked crabs for lunch yesterday. It was yummy. Below is the same/similar recipe by someone else

    Tastes great. But cannot match the goat head curry last weekend. Posting the goat head curry below from another chef.
    PS: I separate boneless and bone in pieces. I prepare the boneless dry and thick. And I prepare the bone in pieces soupy.
