I've noticed curry sneaking onto ramen menus.

In my mind, curry is traditionally a middle-eastern or Indian flavor, and I don't normally associate it with other parts of the world.

It's good ramen though, even if it may be some kind of cultural appropriation.

I must post Turkey curry.

 

Oil and butter

Dry powders;
Curry powder 4 big spoon!
Ground ginger 1 t spoon
Ground turmeric 1/4 t spoon
Ground fenugreek <1/8 t spoon
Ground cumin 1/4 t spoon
Basil
Coriander (& real leaves)

Vegetables;
Garlic (2 clove)
Red and green capsicum (1 each)
Red onion (1)
Tin chopped tomato (2)
50g Creamed coconut sachet (1)

Chicken!
(A little salt)

And that is tonight’s dinner!
I’m currently staring into a pan, salivating!

 

Served with plain rice and naan bread.

 

Keep those curries coming everyone. I'm not done yet.

 

Oh yes!!

I could certainly go for some yummy curry right now... or airplane food!

Pizza stone!

You can pretty much do the same thing with bolognese........
Use white sauce instead of tomato sauce on the base......
Add bolognese and cheese......
I guess it’s more like lasagne pizza but.....
Meh, this is the curry club!
