I've noticed curry sneaking onto ramen menus. In my mind, curry is traditionally a middle-eastern or Indian flavor, and I don't normally associate it with other parts of the world. It's good ramen though, even if it may be some kind of cultural appropriation. EDIT: I'm dead wrong! Red Leicester and Mozzarella Pizza stone! You can pretty much do the same thing with bolognese........ Use white sauce instead of tomato sauce on the base...... Add bolognese and cheese...... I guess it’s more like lasagne pizza but..... Meh, this is the curry club!
