The Coronavirus Boredom Thread

When I was a boy the corona man used to come round once a week, sorry that's not a joke, corona was a soft drinks company in the UK.

 

I would like to see how much of this $2T goes to the needy?

 

Most will go to the top 1% and the table scraps will go to the remaining 99%

She is just a 27 year old American woman. She helps her own parents and doesn't have enough money to help all of Africa. Other Americans like Bill Gates and Ted Turner have given billions to Africa to fight disease. Millions of Americans like me give money to Doctors Without Borders --Medecins Sans Frontieres-- so poor people can get help everywhere. I will put in extra to cover for her part. Now why don't you tells us all about your Australian generosity?

They have in six months.

 

The food truck court my friend told me about is shut down, in fact a lot of restaurants that tried doing just takeout food are giving it up, leaving us with fewer options. There are still a few coffee shops open where I can drink it outside. Still if I want to go do any shopping I have to go to either the supermarket, the drug store or a convenience store.

Visited some friends today and had dinner there. Yes it's a risk but none of us are sick and we're going stir crazy. Later this week I'll have them over at my place.

Raining here in Portland, is supposed to for the next several days, so I won't be riding my bike around. If I have to get out I go for a walk in the rain with an umbrella.

I never had children and would not tolerate that behavior either but have to admit I am getting a bit bored with my own cooking.
