Of course I can't see the vid above, but I just want to say that Beethoven fascinates me more than any other composer...plus the Moonlight Sonata is definitely my favorite piece of classical music.

Being deaf and still composing such beautiful, haunting music...of course I can't truly imagine such genius...but it fascinates me.

I could watch it, but id have to leave it idle for about a 1/4hr for it to play. satellite interweb isnt much better , not during rain when data allowance is all gone.. when I get some data, I burn it on downloading music.. :p

There was a tornado watch in sorta my area...probably around Aeri's area too. They interrupted the last part of my Law & Order show at noon til 1 so the girl could say the same shit over and over for 20 minutes. I wanted to see the last part of my show! [IMG] They kept talking about it on and off until I went to the grocery store.

Bad and real windy weather makes watching tv almost impossible here in the oak grove at the Twilight Zone. After I got home the trees were blowing with so much wind, it was both fun and a little scary to watch.

We all know why I can't watch the vid though. ;)

It is just right sleeping weather here...I leave the window up by the bed I sleep in. Then I get 2 light blankets...oh yeah....that's why I'm up now.

Even though I did go do stuff today, and talked to my Oregon friend for about 2 hours, I was able to fit a nap in there. :D

Last night the schools in the county sent out a text message to parents telling them that school arrival and departure times may be changed due to the predicted bad weather. That's technology. They'd met with experts from the weather service and were watching the developments. They said if you weren't texted again by 5:00 a. m. then there'd be no change.

Luckily, we skated by and had no extremely bad weather here.

We had a lot of wind and rain yesterday... Just the top edge of that storm, nothing serious. Enough to keep me from doing much outside work. Now it's gonna be much cooler for the next few days mixed with some rain...

I need to get that siding done, but maybe I should start doing plumbing... Hate working with steel pipe and I have to shut the water off to the whole house to redo the utility room in copper. FUG! Still gonna take weeks to get that water heater here... Since when is a water heater "special order". The other heater I was looking at is "not available in your area"... DaFug?

I first heard of Ebola in the 80's when aids was first making itself known to all....a established scientist I knew said it was coming (Ebola) from Africa flesh eating and it would be a plague and take more lives than aids. ...I just feel like everything he said in the 80's could be coming to pass and we are just seeing the tip of the iceberg....I kept asking if they know about it then why don't they stop it and he said they can't stop it ....
    I hope he was wrong.

Electric... I don't have gas, or Propane. (rural area would have a propane tank.... Old boiler system was fuel oil but I'm not going there)

    Ooh, I've been warned.

    http://www.hipforums.com/forum/topic/463673-ok-prostitution-loopholes-get-a-blow-job-first-then-talk-about-sex-for/

Apparently pointing out when people are fucking stupid (not to mention fucking stupid in a way that could hurt people) is abusive.

I didn't make a baseless insult, I made a statement and then provided clear and well-reasoned support. That poster is fucking stupid, and I explained why. (it no longer says it there - at least it does here)

I think it's sabbatical time again - I'll take a break, so that nobody gets the wrong idea about HF or it's sense of community or integrity - all those pathologically lying masturbators won't protect themselves from being called out (since they never log into that account again) by monsters like me, it's good that skip's serious about making them feel welcome.

Maybe my mean post would keep him from advertising his shitty blog that presumably makes him shady money, quite as effectively. Good thing somebody's looking out.

You know what's great? Having an administrative red letter system, instead of a democratic rep system - democracy and communal self-determination are so un-hip.
