I picked the most laid back one of the bunch.... ...honestly if I had dough to buy endless animal feed i'd have a zoo here right now

my sister bought a dog yesterday too...she left the exact same deposit I did and she picks hers up next week...she bought another weiner dog to keep her weiner dog company because she's been sad since their boxer Bula died


its windy here this morning but supposed to be warm today....

the school is a ghost town this semester... not too many classes being offered and most of the students have left town for the summer. the staff here are a lot more talkative and laid back.

 

today is turning out to be a doozy, and it has barely started. i dont feel good, hubs is arguing with the garnishment, on top of that the dental insurance is changing (and the language is vague, and my dentist isnt listed) and he needs to quit the second job, but the money is keeping us afloat.

anyone want to buy a purse? wall-hanging quilt? reusable grocery bag? if i dont bring in some cash i will have to go to an actual job, and will likely lose what sanity i have left. ive been off and on in tears all morning, and ive only been up since 4:30.

today i will finish the pots/pans from last night
fold and put away some laundry
and spend at least 2 hours crafting. maybe 4 hours. i dont know.
but stuff has to be made, have to use up materials, clear space. i just feel broken today, nothing like mothers day to kick off a terrible week.

Haha, the price is the only reason any of my friends bought it. We also used to dig through our car glove compartments and searched under the seats in our cars to round up enough change for a case of Red White and Blue beer. We always paid for it twice...first time with money and then a second time with a day spent mostly in the bathroom.

i am forced to rearrange my bedroom. been putting it off for a while but now i kind of want to. i got a new flat screen tv and it sticks out in front of the closet. i have just been going around it when i need to get in my closet but i think its time to just put the tv where it fits and move other stuff to accommodate. the other thing is i have two doors to my bedroom and i block one with my desk because it fits perfectly in front of the side door but now i would use the side door more than the main door because i fixed up the upstairs bathroom so now i think i will block the other door instead. i will be taking pictures but i doubt i will post them because my room is a mess. but now that you all already know that i figure why not post them whenever i get around to it..i dont know we will see.

I went to the animal shelter yesterday and they will be getting twenty to twenty five more dogs next week.....there are soo many cuties there...two little Yorkies that were five pounds a piece ...and there was on little guy a poodle mix that was soo shy.....there was a whole section of rabbits and cats too

I don't really like cooking with bok choy... turns out all soggy on me most of the time. I like it in dishes I order from restaurants though.

 

I love it I eat it almost every day by itself or in a stir fry

Do you make sure pan is hot and oil is smoking before you throw in your bok Choy

I cut mine just like the video I know it can be cut in half or even just separate the leaves and cook that way...but I like It chopped up

Hadfield is awesome. He got kids interested in science and space exploration again, which is pretty cool. I feel like copyright stuff shouldn't apply when the recording was made somewhere other than earth, lol.

 

I don't know if anyone watches democracy now, but the interview today with Glenn Greenwald is very interesting. He talks about how the NSA monitors physical mail (and courier shipments like Fedex), and will intercept packages to install backdoors for themselves in tech products being shipped from Cisco, etc. Insane shit that I would probably assume was false if it didn't come from a reputable source like Greenwald.
