AMX as in American Motors?

 

I've always been a sucker for velocity stacks.

 

A couple of pic's from my teenage years and the Escanaba Speedway. It was a 1/4 mile dirt track. Spent dang near every Saturday night there.

I've been meaning to post on this thread for a while now, but I keep forgetting about it. I'm funny like that. Anyhow, I thought I'd share this '41 Caddy with you folks.

 

Is that the Caddy that sits inside Fox Motors in Holland?

 

I don't know, but it could very well be. This was shot at the 28th St. Metro Cruise in Grand Rapids, two years ago. This car is from the area.

 

That styling is very, if this makes sense, honest. But still very elegant. And very aggressive, without being tryhard. In fact, it's also very calm.

That's the first car you've posted that looks fun to drive.

Don't get me wrong, I'd be proud to own them, they're all clean and all... but they're also total meh.

But I do believe chicks 'dig' convertibles even more.
