    And now they have cheapened the design enough that they only last about one year unless you buy a rather costly unit. Yay technology!

    these are the kind i like..just the old ones though

    have to search yard sales and value village for the older ones without the plastic bushing in the crank...the ones with plastic are crap and the wheel strips out easy..the old ones dont break i just lose them sometimes

    My mums old one like BBAD pictured was awesome. I've got one like twice the size and weight and although I've never had a problem with it it feels so much overkill and you need to have the right angle or else it doesn't work properly.
    I've also got the one that you just puncture wound the can top and rip it back open which is great if I'm not keeping the contents in the can.

    Ive an old wall mount can opener.. someone said the blade was dirty and I lold.. Its probably 50yrs old. Id be dirty too..
