Its the Do Nothing Party pandering for votes from the Black community because they think and believe Blacks are stupid. Seems like Blacks are getting hip to the Democrates BS over the last 4 years and thats why theyre not turning out in large numbers to vote and I cant blame them. No tangibles no vote is only logical.
