The Brazilain doc. that had been a n.a.t.z. in a past life

In the National Enq. in the mid 70s there were stories of this doctor . He had no training as a doctor , but would heal people using very crude methods . He stated that in a past life he had been a n.a.t.z. , done some bad things and he was making up for some bad karma . He was a wild driver and died in a car wreck on a mountain road . I can find no info on this guy on the net . I wounder if any one hear remembers this story , but not ever thing printed in that paper was true .
