Bought water canon trucks as London Mayor to use on public protests (they were never used because they were deemed to powerful to be safe, and subsequently scrapped). 3. The Garden Bridge which never was. 4. 'Boris Island' airport which never was. 5. Still hasn't won a vote in Parliament. 6. Shady shenanigans with a blonde on a plane. 7. Lost the Supreme Court case over proroguing Parliament, and found to have lied to / misled The Queen.
