The blonde judgement

I'm naturally a blonde and I seem to get weird look from other girls and they treat me differently because of this. Before it used to get to me, but now I sort of avoid it. I figure it's just their problem. I've had a friend of mine who used to make fun of me for being blonde and told me, "You're so airy." In the end I laughed at him. Anytime he tried to put me down, I would laugh at him. I don't get it and I think it's just people going by a typical stereotype which I find sad. People need to get to know the person, before making judgments.
