... to just take a cold bath with ice cubes for 15 minutes, every day. After 2 weeks or so, it should be mostly gone! And it's also good for blood circulation.
That's good for pretty much anything, especially alternating like 5 minutes really cold, then super hot, etc. Great for circulation, your skin, and lots of other stuff too.
I hate cellulite It's so UGLY!! And whether you're skinny, fat, "regular average", you're gonna get some, a bit, or a lot... depending. I heard that like only 2% of women are not affected by it! Lucky them. I have a little bit...
lol I have cellulite on my ass too... like if I press my skin, it looks like.. orange peel!! and in the light, it's noticeable..
trouble yourself not penny over such things ....if you have a skin to be in , and are safe n warm ....your doing fine . besides your in the 99th level of very pretty girls .
ive never heard of that. thats very interesting. i'll try it for sure whenever i get a chance. there are no bath tubs in my dorms
you know, it's funny. my mother, who is very overweight, has never had cellulite. my mother-in-law who's a size 2, is covered with it. just in case someone wanted to make a point about exercise and all that. lol. anyway, the super cold shower is just all around good for you anyway. keeping your skin and body hydrated helps a lot, too.
oh yeah. it's a great way to wake up in the morning, too. gets the blood flowing better than coffee, without the headaches.

I gotta admit, it's not on me list of "top ten things to do today" Seriously tho'.....so wot is a bit of cellulite?...i've yet to jump into bed with someone and say "oh dear, that's a nasty bit of cellulite on yer arse, I don't fancy a fuck afterall"
