The best purchase ever! (sweet ass shag coat)

Ok I was in the good will on friday, the had a rack full of grey, orange and purple coats. The thing about these coats is, they're shag. Like a friggin shag carpet!
the shag is long, and all over the entire knee length coat. I got purple. the shag goes white at the end. It was so sweet! AND it wasn't used! there were a whole bunch of them from 'groggy'(i dunno either) clothing, price tags still on and everything. the price tags said $100, lol but I paid 5. thats right, five bucks! there was a 50 percent off sale at the goodwill! It was normally ten!
I was SO happy the coat is really really warm too

I also have a sweet ass shag knee length purple coat, but I paid 15 for mine. lol. I can't go anywhere without people lovin my coat. I tell them its muppet fur heh

 

Im getting the sweetest winter coat tomorrow, paying off the last $100 and then it's mine! It's not a shag coat its a black woollen one with faux fur trim but ti's so cool and so warm!!

i used to have a greay and white one but it went to my waiste. i loved it tho, i donated it to my theatre closet when i finished high school and i miss it now.

i had a bad ass puke green shag coat in high school. everyone said it looked like oscar the grouch. i wore it until the nap of the fabric was all flat and yucky looking, and then threw it away. people still ask me about it.

i purchased a floor length vintage giraffe fur (not real, obviously) coat on ebay a few years ago. it's pretty cool, but not as cool as the green one. besides, it rarely gets cold enough here for a floor length coat.
good bargain hunting, though. i think i paid like 70 bucks for mine. i'm jealous.
