The Beatles' 1968 song Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da has been voted the worst song ever

What a strange coincidence, I just heard that song a few minutes ago!

 

I have listened to this song a lot during the pandemic lol. Personally, I love it.

 

There are certainly worse songs in the Beatles catalog. Wild Honey Pie comes to mind...

Not lately. It's probably in my vinyl collection. I have a few on CD too. For years I listened to the white album on CD that I digitized from the vinyl but not long ago I came across this remixed version of it that looked legit so I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised with the job they did. Clearer and more defined for the most part, not overly compressed, and a bit of difference in presentation of how things sat in the mix. It was made from the same recorded tracks as the original so it wasn't different enough to be a turn off, but rather nicely done.
