Yeah, you can block someone, I think. There's an option that says "ignore this user" or whatever. Go to his stats, and look for something like it.

is he pm'ing you through the forums, or somewhere else? I think putting him ont eh ignore list here blocks pms, or at the least you can disable the pop up screen in your options panel so it's not so disruptive

 

Yes, on the forums. I have the pop up disabled. I wouldn't mind if he could at least speak english, but I guess it doesn't get through to him because he maybe doesn't understand "not interested leave me alone before I get bitchy"lol.

 

I'd report him to a mod that's online then. Make sure it's clear you've given him a warning to stop, or told him to leave you alone

 

I might have been talking to you when you were "trying" that at work... I'm not too sure, though. One thing I AM sure of is that it doesn't come to me as a surprise.
