i'd take religion over gluttony any day. I'm not super religous but I do think there is a lot of relelvant moral points as to how we should conduct our life.
having as much fun, booze and cash as possible would get boring and eventually disease you just as anything else in excess would. I wouldn't let my last relationship develop deep and broke it off because he drank too much, smoked too much weed and I found out he didn't have savings account and that bothered the hell outta me. I am a total party girl but I like stability in a guy

I would go out on a limb here and say the majority of our society cares more about the health or looks of their body more than their mind.

just to test this...would you rather be morbidly obese or mentally ill and attractive...? I know a million guys who seek to rescue women with problems...not too many who would date a really big person in order to rescue their health...

Exactly.. If they rescue a girl with problems then their 'minds' (AKA them) are the hero. If they date a really big person then their only dating the physical fat.

Very determined... You wouldn't be replying to this thread if you were not seeking a true answer. That means that your 'mind' is chasing something that you want and currently do not have. As finite beings, you and I will never have every question answered. We'll never know everything. But that's not to say we can't know anything and I think that there is evidence that points to God's existence. Specifically, to the God of the Bible. I have faith in this God.

A lot of people seem to think if you claim atheist you're saying you have no higher code you live by.

It's not surprising, since churches have perpetuated that in western thought for a thousand years.

I'm a humanist, I don't have any intrest in supernatural daddy figures. Eventually, I'd like to devote my life to philanthropy.

I'm an atheist. That doesn't mean I'm devoting my life to booze and random anonymous sex. I save that for the weekends.

god is a subatomic particle millions of times smaller then an electron like dna is a blueprint for life this god particle is the blueprint for everything
it has no true inteligence nor intention but both are built into its design
the idea of an omnipressent god is truthful only because all things are made of this particle so god is everywhere in everything..i am god & so are you &? so is the weed we smoke

the idea of heaven & hell is laughable as well, however the afterlife is partialy correct
when we die we breakdown our particals are released & recycled & continue on

our conceisnessalso is locked within the particals that formthe atoms that form our minds & theyre shape is influenced by the thoughts we think
the universe is in a state of constant creation, & our conceisness effects the future shape of every building block
sothe god in us affects creation
creation is also circular, so our thoughts now are also creatting the universe that came before us

i know it sounds complicated, but if your sleep deprived enough it makes sence
