I can nap for short periods any time of the day


like right now.....i'm a lil weary and will have a short catnap...

 

i dont nap

if i ever fall asleep between 10am and midnight it means im very sick

I do fine when someone is in the car with me, telling me exactly where to go. lol However, I no longer have anybody to ride with me anywhere unless it is this dingdang town that I already know quite well. ugh

The few people I know that I would actually want to ride with me have babysitting duty seemingly all the time...except for late night.

 

^ lol I would need to be able to upload TomTom in my brain to get out of this town and make it to anywhere I wanted to go.

 

gonna be over 100 degrees today, already at 93.
Poor dog is already ragged out from the heat.

sucks having to sit here working on the computer pumping out heat and with the chiller for my aquarium running, bumps the temp in the room by 5-10 degrees.

not bad here..but its wet and sticky

just turned away some work and told them to try tomorrow because i just dont feel like getting under a car today

Don't forget about MARTA. It's so simple to meet someplace like Buckhead Station. There's so much around there, and it takes exactly one turn to get there off I-85. That's always my home base in the Atlanta area. My car never goes into town. Riding MARTA is cheaper than a parking space downtown, and so easy to understand. Nearly all my favorite Atlanta places are an easy walk from a station, even in Midtown.

If Irm is going to be near the airport, she will have easy MARTA access also.

 

I finally made it to buy paint pens....I need them for fine detail....way easier than making a straight line with a tiny brush


they are making quite a big deal over that schmuck dentist going back to work after offing that ancient and soon to be dead anyways lion whereas they don't make anything out of coppers returning to work after offing young black men

people are fucked

 

90 here, a dash from the car to the house.. to hot, let dog out but she will come inside pretty soon . I usually play with her for a few minutes.. I hate feeling like I ignore her just letting her go outside but shes been waiting all day too go. so I dont feel that bad. she did redecorate the phone book tho..

 

yeah but almost all of those cops claim workmans comp for stress and dont even need to go back to work they get paid leave

 

My programming professor told us that he used to work for Bing before he started teaching.

Apparently all the Bing workers use Google to search as well, haha.

 

It got up to 97 here today... I guess that's better than 100+ it was yesterday and the day before.

 

the outdoor stat reader only made it to 92, but Ive never experienced that in sept for as long Ive have outdoor indoor probe on this house..

 

I think the last two days were the hottest days this year... I didn't check that but a guy in Tenn mentioned that on another forum.

 

Most people say "yay summer is over" but I always maintain the hottest parts of the year are the first month of Autumn.

I always find it cycles with the rain.

Like, it'll be hot for a week and then it rains for a few days and you'll never have it peak in temperature again. The temps steadily drop but before the rain the temps consistently stay high.

In winter its cold cold cold. Then it rains for a week. It doesn't get as cold, and you never get bitten by it again, the temps steadily rise.

That's my observations of weather anyway.

 

uh gemany has the weather of canaduh...

 

it bothers me that bing attempts to insert their own page onto everything you want to view....they show youtubes in a sub browser to prevent you from actually going to youtube.com.....same with images.....it pisses me off so I don't use bing very often

plus its a dumb name

Mia and Kieran both had their first full day of classes today. It is going to be a really busy semester for both of them.

Why do I have the feeling that it means i am going to end up being busy as well?
