Has anyone heard of the Acid Test? Ken Kessey would hold these "parties" at his house where everyone would dose on the weekend, each friday/saturday until it became too much, and it was hosted in a different place each week. This is something Jerry Garcia got into as well. i think it would be neat if we could recreate that idea, maybe start communities in each town where we take acid tests, and then whenever we can travel, we meet each other's acid communities to past their acid test. I am very high on DXM right now, so sorry if this doesn't make sense
I've often thought of this as well. I'm sure there are still Acid Parties around in certain areas of the world much more scarce though. If anyone has a nice cottage they don't use why don't you invite all us freaks and well all show up with party supplies! Mr. Writer can hand out diplomas. I think if your going to recreate something though you should do something more like the Rainbow gatherings than the Acid Tests. Much more positive i'd say.
