Basically, they use HAARP to heat a bubble into our Ionosphere. Then they can focus that bubble and snap it down to anywhere on the planet.

It is supposed to have the force of a nuclear blast, without the fallout.

 

I thought the Vladimir Lenin quote and its applications was interesting.


It would tie into the deception laid upon the American People every day.

 

Dude, dontcha think that if they used a HAARP, and it has the force of a nuclear blast, that way more shit woulda gotten blown up than just two towers falling perfectly vertically and building 7 (I believe that was the other one). Something with the power of a nuclear blast would have wreaked far more havoc than what really went down.

Just because it has the potential of a nuclear blast doesn't mean that they have to ramp it up to full power.
