of course time is not a fourth dimension . as for the other three - they are spatial co-ordinates of this one dimension and useful enough as that . any concern we have with any of them is our interest in Motion .

the sense of another physical dimension of existence , however , is now being explored ... the second dimension . There must be motion there or we wouldn't give a hoot .

to understand it as relational to light . to declare time as a
spatial dimension gets in the way of its exploration .
