I am having steak on the BBQ tonight. It is going to be good!

Once I clean those damn grills again.

 

My dinner tonight:

Grilled chicken breast stuffed with a bit of Ricotta and a bit of Mozzarella + spinach
Steamed spinach
Grilled onions mushrooms and red peppers
Brown rice

I put fresh dill and basil on the outside of the chicken and I shake on some hot curry.

 

I cook it in a really large sauce pan..it turned out good :drool5:


I just watched the last 10 minutes of the world cup...

 

onions and red peppers make me gag..I can only eat the red pepper flakes

 

It sounds really great. Reminds me of jambalaya. I'm surprised actually that you eat water chestnuts. lol

 

random fact about me: i don't know what the football result was but i'm hoping that Holland won?
