I never got that treadmill I was buying because the guy never answers his phone and I dont talk to machines so he can keep the damn thing

 

Sometimes I get a headache from clogged sinuses, and exercise like that generally puts me right again.

 

Yea, I'm pretty sure that's what it was. I went for a walk through the woods, it's very windy today, there was pollen and other shit flying everywhere. My headache has returned slightly.

28C here but it feels like 32C with the humidex factored in

I had to use my big truck today and really noticed the difference without air conditioning

 

yup... the humidity always makes a vast difference as to whether i can handle it or not... a storm to clear the air would be good...

 

we're expecting lots of rain on wednesday...I like storms too ...especially lightning ones...I love the smell of ozone

 

especially with lightning don't know if i can smell ozone but it just does something awesome to my soul or something... it's like watching a fireworks display only 1million times better...
