I am listening to Eminem, getting dressed before I take the dog out for a walk. I'm feeling pumped, my dog is so gangster.

So people who get a headache aren't healthy? I get headaches when there is a big change in weather.

Four days ago I was sitting thinking, "Hey, I haven't had a headache in like a year or more."

Three days ago I wake up with a headache after having some beer. It's still here. I'm pretty sure it's a sinus headache. I'm hoping if I go to the gym it will go away.

    So do I

Yeah, I used to get them every morning for a few days at a time.

Or mostly when I don't wear my glasses.

My mothers side always complain of weather change headaches. It's bloody annoying, especially this year when every other day has opposite weather conditions.

Yea, my mother and brother do the same thing. My brother's mood is also greatly affected by the weather. It can be kind of irritating.

Is it very humid or damp where you are?

I get more grumpy on really hot, humid days!

It's pretty humid here, slight rain but no breeze. Might go to the coast later and see if that's any better.

I don't like taking pain killers, unless it's really bad and I can't get rid of it. I tend to use peppermint and lavender oil, and that tends to do the trick :)

I was lying anyways, my head has been hurting for about a week. I have a swollen nose and thus been getting head pains because of the bruising

though yes, actually, other than a change in weather

people can get them from not taking their supplements, my mother does. Becoming run down can cause head pain, so take vitamins.

I understand about not wanting to take painkillers, but if your head is hurting bad, I don't think 2 little extra strength Tylenol it a bad thing. Sometimes that's all I need is one little dose of 2 pills = headache gone.

I've never heard of the peppermint and lavender oil remedy, but it it works=very cool and no more pain

Yeah, I will take them if nothing else gets rid of it. Although I usually only take them at one certain time of the month

But, yeah - Lavender and Peppermint is a good one to cool and soothe :D Lavender oil also has pain relieving properties, so it's all good!
