THC HugLife

I know there has been some talk between tribe lately, some negative or whatnot. Maybe some of it came from Alex, I don't really know. I do want to say though, that my tribe is rock solid! We have 1 guy named mitch, who should be here tonight or in the morning. That brings the tribe up to 5, and Jay from San Diego, is joining us in New mexico, thats 6. All is well from this angle, and I'm pretty sure it will stay the same. No Negative vibes! We are a very positive Tribe, also an intelligent one.

 

alright so, jay went out ofhis way for alex above and beyond, jay had his 800 dollar bike ripped off, his departure date and route has now been fucked,
alex started a coo...it has happened on buses, and it sucks.
this is why counsel is so important on buses,
the tribe will sometimes act all happy as if to please the captain....
thats not a good thing. we need to bring our issues to the table as they come up so this sort of situation can be avoided.

jason did everything he could for these kids and they turned and betrayed him.
its happened to the best of captains......just tears the your heart though you never see it coming when it hits.


jay really wanted to make new mexico, though with the situation the way it is he cant make it and had called me and asked me to appologise to the tribe for not making it...I know we all understand shit happenes on the road.

mitch has joined jason tonight, as far as I know they are heading north to canada, and my bus ...not named yet so Ill call it THC9 and the huglife bus will be ripping up canada together.

personally Im excited to caravan with jay, weve travelled together both hitchiking threw northern canada in the dead of winter and on thc8 threwout the south when I was the captain of that bus.
oh yeah thc 8 is the bus in my signature
we also chilled in THC 5 or the buddah bus.....whatever tyou want to call it.

Im excited, jay is great road dog to travel with
were just going to have to see how he handles snowboarding the northern rockies....you know theres not a lot of snow down in tennesee


two very unique buses one tribe, in the canadian north ...

huglifes plan is to hit maryland and then be in canada within two weeks,
those kids took the laptop and the phone so best way to reach him is threw here or threw his myspace addy
he is in need of travellers, the more experienced the better,

Having traveld thre both the Us and Ca i jsut feel like now explaine the differnace between our countrines
First, and most importanly, the beer: candians will says their beer is more potent, Its not! they just measure the alcholo content differnetly, However it is more expensive IE a 24 pack, or ( Two feur) of Keiths [ A priemum beer] will cost about $35-40 dollars, where as buying 2 12 packs of Sam Adams will only run you aobut $24-30!!

Also they Measure temp in the celsius system!
basiclly in the celsisu, or centegrade sytem, 100 is boiling (212F) and freezing is 0 (32f) Now you will hear them claim that -2C is sooo cold buts its really Not! its only like 28F which isnt that bad! Their system runs on a like 5x scale so its not that accurate, basicly you cant really trust it! ( in fact im sure they have realized the faults of the system but are still useing it, just to stick it to the usa)

Also almost evey canadian when they bring up the question of which country is better ( Note they mostly bringe this up) will remind you of how in a war no one cared about, how they burnt down the white house.
At this time i emplore you to remind them that 90% of the candian population lives with in 100 miles of an united-states states border

Most of the candian education sytem (And ive proven this) revloves around what to say/ how to deal with americans. where as the american education sytem deals with the voting intricacies of american idol
So don't be to upset if they bring something up you wernt prepared for, its the moment they have been traing for all their lives!

 

jay is the highway child tribe ambassador for both countries....

his goal is to unite both countries witha common appetite for sausage!


and its not the quantity of alchohol...itsthe quantity of beer we drink which gives it the most potent effect.

so yes jay is mostly right about our politics, beer costs....(yeah that does suck)
and our ability to make americans cry when speaking of politics......

0 its freezing its took time! pronounced TWO-OOK....its a hat!
-10 you can skate, drink beer out side but not for long
-20 may get a few beers inya before they freeze
-50...dont go outside its cold out there

So finally I got a chance to use a computer. I wonder how people organized themselves before these computer things existed. Next time i'm sending a message by horseback! No, My tribe did leave me, and mostly because of Alex. Not completely Alex or should I say Wang Tye Yue. his real name. When you pick up sketchy kids, you always gotta worry about sketchy things happening, and in this case, I felt comfortable, yet not. Oh, and by the way, when homeboy got here fom s. dakota (mitch) he found out the tribe left, and was back on a bus to Colorado within 15 minuits of being in KTown. At this point I am stuck! and my dreams are on hold, but not ruined. I have strong (moral) support from people here in my hometown. Financially, I am fucked! I know people will beleive in this really awesome thing, and this awesome bus, i'm trying to make something happen with. It's all just a matter of time, and since i'm all bymyself on this one, i guess only time can tell where i end up with this thing.
