Is the spiciest thing I've ever received from a fast food place.

Apparently it is 1 million scoville units, which puts it right between Carolina reaper and pepper spray.

I felt like ralph wiggum when he ate purple berries. (It tastes like burning)

I can taste it when it comes out too

My Grandmother used to make her own curries when I was with my Grandparents in Kerala - her curries were Phaal !!!

I also LOVE curries of all kinds. The hotter the better... if the top of your head sweats than it's OK by me :)

But the diablo sandwich sounds a bit daunting to me.

I'll put it this way Zen matey, my Grandmother's curry would burn the roof of your mouth with the first spoon or forkfull, after that you didn't need to worry and it wouldn't be just the top of your head that would sweat, but all of your head, neck and throat !!!
