Thanksgiving dinner that couldn't be beat

    It is Canadian Thanksgiving.

    Veef Wellington, candied yams, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, beets, with cranberry sauce.
    Pumpkin pie with cashew cream topping.

    Yum! Now I have to wait for it to settle before I can go out and burn it off.
