When I was in eighth grade this kid I knew rode his bicycle over a ramp and when he landed he fell off the seat and straddled the bar and fell off the bike crying with both hands holding his crotch then later still in pain he pulled his shorts down and his nut sack was swollen up huge so his parents took him to the hospital and they packed his balls in ice and said one testicle was crushed so a few weeks later a couple of got together with him and he let us look at it and his right testicle was flattened, I don’t why they didn’t remove it but we talking him into jacking off to see if his other one still worked and he ejaculated six or seven squirts so guess the other one was still working although all of us had barely started puberty
Ouch. I knew a kid that landed on something a little less forgiving than a bike bar. He needed ten stitches in his sack.
You can still ejaculate without testicles. The testes only produce the sperm, which only makes up a fraction of semen. Most of the ejaculated semen is seminal fluid produced mostly by the prostate, with some addition by the seminal glands. Men who have have a vasectomy still ejaculate, but without the presence of sperm.
But the testicles produce testosterone and without testosterone you won’t get an erection or ejaculate so if both testicles are removed you’ll need testosterone replacement therapy I know from personal experience because my own testicles stopped producing testosterone and sperm 19 years ago when I was 50 but I inject testosterone once a week and I can get an erection with help from Viagra and I masturbate almost daily but my testicles feel like normal when I ejaculate
