Terri Runnels peak of sexiness and in general was when she was with Val Venis. I felt she looked and dressed her sexiest during that time. I also really loved her persona. She was a cruel bitch to Dustin (rightfully so) and to everyone else not named Val Venis. She was great next to Val. Those 2 should have been a longer stable than a little over a month. All of her best qualities (looks, dress attire, persona) I felt hit at the same time in the fall of 1998. She was really good with the other stables, but I felt it started/peaked with Val Venis. Thoughts?
