I'm Dylan from So Cal, just lookin for some advice on mah dreadies.

I started em a couple months ago using a dread kit and I'm looking to go natural soon.

I'd post pics but my camera is giving me trouble.

    Hi,

I'm manda, 29. Just had my mum help put dreads in yesterday, we used the backcombing method, and a little wax (as i was told to by a hairdresser) but it feels icky so its coming out asap.
i've been wanting them since i was 9 years old and i finaly had the bottle, i'm in derbyshire, UK, surrounded by closed minded idiots.
I smoke too much, drink too much (when I can) and i'm totally in love with fire poi, tattoos and piercings.

Thanks for the welcome Luxiebow, I've posted the only pic i've got in my album. I think i've got a good amount of the wax out now too.

When you say 'go natural' do you mean you're going to comb them out and start over, via the natural route, or just that you're gonna quit using any more products?

    So...

I try to enjoy most things in life but beer, books and rivers stand out as some of the most awesome. I'm currently working at uni doing R&D but when its not the holidays I'm a full time student. I've got locks, you can see them below :)

    Slàinte! :cheers2:

Had to look that up.. the only Gaelic I know was learnt from road signs :p I think Scots Gaelic and Irish Gaelic are quite different anyway?

The furtherest deviation from English in this part of the world is Doric.
