We could probably get a decent sized unruly mob to participate here.

Why the hell can't I cultivate the same passion with the pathetic sheep who live around here? Our government has earned some general revolt by the masses. Those in charge really need to be provoked into doing something that wakes Joe Six Pack up and pisses him off. Apparently doing away with freedoms, committing war crimes and aiding and abetting the looting of our standard of living isn't enough.

Yes but the general sense of powerlessness is self perpetuating. People are just so desensitized to the subtle violence of the criminal regime in charge now that it just doesn't register.

Something I have been thinking on for the past while...is where do protest and change meet ? Where do they crossover? Ultimately there are a few in great power right now, so if many protest in different means, anything that they are against, where does the action of change commence.

Change will not happen until enough regular folk are forced out of their comfort zones.

I was optimistic when I was 19 too about changing world things....

Then it started seeming like there really IS nothing you can do...

    Sad but...

I'd LOVE to be proved otherwise....

Im not optimistic about changing world things. I honestly question what changes have ever been made, and about this 'evolution' business because to me it looks like human nature is human nature, timelessly.

    I am optimistic in general.

I am not going to fight the infinite opinions and thresholds that create the infinite realities everyone lives in. I am going to embrace them an dtry and love others, chain reaction ?
