Do you sleep with a teddy bear? Have you ever slept with a teddy bear? I've slept with a teddy bear for my entire life. I probably will always sleep with a teddy bear. It is just more comfortable to have my arms wrapped around something while I sleep. If they aren't wrapped around my teddy bear, then they are wrapped around my husband.
A single teddy bear? No. I sleep with several of them. And if it on the bed they by my side sitting there smiling at me with their cute faces. I love my stuffed animals.
Do you snuggle one teddy in particular though? I've tried to snuggle two at once while sleeping, but it just doesn't feel comfortable.
Umm yeah. My bed guys are a little elephant, goat and my polar bear. Big puppy dog became too big for the bed really hehe. Then I got a rhino, Tiger, lion, 9ft Python umm a seal.. I can't remember what else now. I used to be like really into them. They all had personalities and voices. They still do just ever since I got a real dog sadly they've become a bit quiet hehe. All mine are cute realistic plush animals. I like them to look real but with a cute smile.
Do you name them as well? I have a few teddy bears left. I only have one that I keep on the bed though, and he is the one I sleep with each night. The others are on my dresser..
i have a bear phobia so no other stuffed animals yes but only when i was a kid i still have most of them stuffed away in a bag somewhere
i had a bunch of stuffed animals when i was a kid. not a teddy bear though; i kind of thought they stopped making those back in the 19th century. i have a pillow for cuddling. it's not really even big enough, a stuffed animal would be way too small to cut it.
You could try a blow up doll? Some of them are made out of extra soft, high quality plastic these days.
I used to have a teddy bear. I got it at the hospital. All the kids that were in the hospital during Christmas got to pick a toy and the teddy bear stood out to me. After that I had the teddy bear for years. Well into my adulthood. But, one day I lost it. I remember how she looked like, so ever since then I have been looking for a similar teddy bear, but haven't found the perfect one. Man, if someone found it for me and gifted it to me I will start crying. Her name was Lily. Miss Lily Teddy Bear. LTB, for short. I was put on the spot by the nurses to name her.
Yeah lol. Actually I have a thread all about this somewhere. Probably search random thoughts about stuffed animals. I'll dive deeper into this later. I think the general consensus was that I should grow up and stop acting like a child.
That is too bad you lost her. I hope you find a similar teddy bear in your future, perhaps a sibling of LTB. Mind if I ask what put you in the hospital? I understand if you don't want to share.
