teaching self guitar, need help

This site is very good. It is free on line guitar lessons. A lot of the other sites just give listings of tab. This is great if you already know how to play, but isn't helpful to the beginer. Please! If you are starting to learn to play check this site out. Lots of great advise. Lots of song lessons including MP3's to help you out. Trying to play by just reading music sucks. Give this site a try.....

 

I just practice scales and finger exercises over and over again...till the note get buried into my brain...and when I hear a song I'll reconize what he's playing because of the repetition practice....fun stuff is just express yourself with the instrument....thats the main thing....practice can get boring but if you wanna be good...your going to have to invest some time.
