You can go for saline Tattooing:
In this procedure, tattoo artists fade a tattoo by tattooing lidocaine and saline solution over unwanted tattoo. This is beneficial for older tattoos. This process can just lighten the existing tattoo but can’t remove it altogether. This procedure is relatively harmless and cheaper. Though finding a tattoo artist to perform this task is difficult.

Other old methods are dermabrasion, salabrasion, excision, but are very painful.

Another option can be cover up, But the biggest disadvantage of this method is that cover-up tattoos can be done only once.

These days it most popular is laser tattoo removal it is expensive but this method is painless and laser treatment guarantees far better results.

It will be better you can consult to any tattoo removal professional and clarify of all possible treatments for your tattoo.

    You may google.

Just so you know, laser by no means is painless, my cousin had her ink removed via laser and said if anything it was more painful then getting the tat to begin with.
